For a long time,people have high requirements on the temperature and humidity of the living and working environment.Humidity is one of the important factors affecting the indoor thermal comfort.With the improvement of living standards,people not only have higher requirements for humidity control,but also pay more attention to the health problems caused by indoor air quality and the energy consumption of air conditioning systems.As an environmentally friendly air-conditioning system,solid-adsorption dehumidification and purification air-conditioning systems have received increasing attention.Compared with the traditional compressed air air-conditioning system,it has a good application on improving the indoor air quality and building energy efficiency,butit also has various obstacles and problems such as high investment and high regeneration temperature.The core part of the solid adsorption dehumidification and purification air conditioning system is the adsorbent whose dehumidification and purification characteristics determine the operating characteristics of the air conditioning system.The key to improve the solid adsorption dehumidification and purification air conditioning system performance is to find a more suitable adsorbent.Commonly used solid dehumidification materials mainly include silica gel,zeolite,activated alumina,composite materials,activated carbon,etc.These materials have been used to a certain extent in actual engineering.However,to further improve the energy efficiency of solid dehumidification air conditioning system,these materials have the optimization potential on moisture absorption performance and regeneration temperature.Therefore,scholars have been searching for new energy-saving,environmental-friendly and high-efficiency dehumidification materials for a long time.The metal organica framework which has high specific surface area and biomass material which is easy to get have shown poteatial in air dehumidification application.In this paper,the dehumidification performance of MIL-101?Cr?and its modified material MIL-101?Cr?-SO3H and biomass materials prepared from coconut husks under common air conditioning conditions are studied.Compared with the dehumidification performance of common dehumidification materials,the application value and methods of these new materials in solid adsorption dehumidification and purification air conditioning systems are analyzed.Firstly,this paper reviews the research on new dehumidification materials of solid dehumidifying air-conditioning,and related research methods in terms of measuring properties of new materials.Subsequently,the application imagine of MIL-101?Cr?and its modified material MIL-101?Cr?-SO3H,and natural coconut husk in solid purification and dehumidification air conditioning system is proposed.Experiments were then designed and conducted based on the demand for materials and the characteristics of new materials in the field of solid dehumidification air conditioners.During the experiment,dynamic gravimetry combing with static adsorption method was used to determine the adsorption and desorption isotherm,adsorption amount,desorption amount,adsorption rate,and desorption rate of six materials.The dehumidification performance of two metal-organic framework materials,MIL-101?Cr?and its modified material MIL-101?Cr?-SO3H,and a biomass material,coconut husk fiber were evaluated through experiments results.It is concluded that the dehumidification performance of MIL-101?Cr?and its modified material MIL-101?Cr?-SO3H is stronger than that of traditional dehumidification materials,and the dehumidification performance of coconut husk fiber is slightly weaker than that of traditional dehumidification materials.Considering the low cost and no pollution of biomass materials,there are still some application potential.At the end of the article,based on the different dehumidification characteristics of the three dehumidification materials,the researchers made an outlook on the application of the new three materials in the air conditioning field.
