Nowadays,the problems of energy depletion and environmental pollution are very serious,so the development and utilization of clean energy solar energy has attracted much attention.Photovoltaic power generation is an important way to use solar energy,and it has become a development trend in the future.The demand for photovoltaic products will also increase.The exploit and development of various new and intelligent photovoltaic products have broad application prospects and great significance.This article takes photovoltaic gridconnected circuit breakers as the research object,adds intelligent control modules to traditional circuit breakers,and conducts in-depth research on them.Firstly,this paper proposes that the designed intelligent photovoltaic grid-connected circuit breaker has the traditional three-stage current protection and voltage protection functions,and has an automatic identification function,which can automatically identify the photovoltaic side and the main grid side to prevent the reverse connection of the circuit breaker and the normal grid connection.run.The mathematical model of grid parameter calculation,the principle of three-phase current protection and voltage protection are discussed.According to the protection characteristics and functional requirements of the research and analysis,the overall design scheme of the intelligent photovoltaic gridconnected circuit breaker is proposed.Secondly,this article uses modular thinking to design the hardware and software of the intelligent photovoltaic grid-connected circuit breaker controller.According to the functional requirements,the framework structure of the hardware system is designed.The hardware part first determines the main control unit,focusing on the design of power supply,data acquisition,automatic identification,offline execution,electric operating mechanism,human-machine interaction,storage and communication This module is designed in principle.Combined with hardware design,the software part has several modules such as main program,automatic identification,data sampling,three-stage current protection,voltage protection,keyboard input and liquid crystal display,communication,etc.The design principle and software flow chart are given.In addition,this article has also taken some hardware anti-jamming measures and software anti-jamming measures to suppress interference.Finally,this paper uses powerful MATLAB software to build a simulation verification platform for verification,and performs automatic verification,three-stage current protection,undervoltage protection,overvoltage protection,and voltage imbalance protection functions for simulation verification.And draw conclusions.The results show that the intelligent photovoltaic grid-connected circuit breaker developed in this paper has basically reached the expected design goal.
