Abstract/Summary:
Marine vehicles have played an important role in the military,economics,scientific research and other fields,but the power supply problem is the pain point of marine vehicles.After the stored energy in the marine vehicle is exhausted,it needs to be salvaged manually for charging,which consumes a lot of manpower,material resources and financial resources.People have studied the power plant of the marine vehicle.The traditional power generation device is installed inside the aircraft,and the power generation capacity is limited by the internal space of the aircraft.This paper proposes an external force direct drive power generation technology suitable for marine vehicles.The power generation device is extended to the outside of the aircraft body to collect wave energy directly,and the disadvantages of the traditional power generation device are eliminated.The article analyzes the basic wave theory and the micro-amplitude wave theory,and provides theoretical support for studying the motion and stress of ocean structures in waves.The motion forms of the wave energy generating devices in the ocean are summarized,which can be divided into single motion power generating devices and multi-body articulated power generating devices,and the two are subjected to motion and force analysis.Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional marine vehicle built-in power generation capacity limited by space,a new type of external direct drive power generation technology is proposed.The overall structure of the ‘Power Wing’ marine vehicle is designed,and the hydrodynamic analysis of the aircraft is carried out.The fluid-solid coupling equation is used to combine the motion of with the force to further provide theoretical basis for CFD simulation.Using CFD simulation model to establish the simulation model of the ‘Power Wing’ marine vehicle and studying the sea state based on the area of marine vehicle working,which provides basic physical mode for CFD simulation.Setting the simulation parameters,constraining the movement of the hydrofoil and the body of the marine vehicle,monitoring the movement angle,angular velocity and torque of the hydrofoil and the body under different sea conditions,we can acquire the date of simulation under different sea condition.The power generation system of the ‘Power Wing’ marine vehicle has been designed.According to the characteristics of the low-frequency motion of the wave,the type of the generator is chosen,and the reversing speed-increasing gearbox for the power generating device has been designed considering the size of marine vehicle.There are transmission loss and double coupling loss during the working process the gearbox.This paper only considers the coupling loss,excluding the transmission loss.Combining the CFD simulation data with the working principle of the reversing speed-increasing gearbox,we can acquire the input power under different sea conditions by MATLAB.The prototype of the ‘Power Wing’ marine vehicle was designed and the power generation cabin,the electronic cabin,the propulsion cabin and the instrument cabin were assembled.An experimental platform was built to conduct a water-free generation test to study the power of the marine vehicle.The test data is analyzed and compared to the simulation results.
