| Reinforced concrete,as one of the most widely used structural forms in modern engineering projects nationwide,accounts for more than 70% in civil architecture in respect of its application.Concrete is the foundation of the whole construction project,while its quality directly affects the structural safety performance of any building.Based on this,the acceptance of reinforced concrete structure engineering,as required,must pass the concrete quality inspection,and only qualified inspection can direct acceptance of project.Extrapolated value of concrete solid strength could reflect the real quality of site concrete directly.In Guangzhou region,concrete solid strength tests are mainly performed by means of concrete drilled core method and rebound method.Although Guangzhou is a developed city in China,and its project quality dominates the leading position nationwide,in recent years,the municipal government of Guangzhou pays more and more attention to the concrete quality control,however,there are still some poor quality of mixing plant and construction organizations.Currently,there is still a lack of an overall data analysis against the concrete quality of various building types and construction organizations at various levels within Guangzhou region.The paper,based on the survey and data collection on certain check station in Guangzhou,sorted out the concrete inspection data of new constructional engineering in Guangzhou region in recent years,and then analyzed the difference of concrete strength of new projects in each administrative district of Guangzhou,annual trend of concrete strength in each administrative district of Guangzhou,the distribution of concrete strength of various building types in Guangzhou region,and the difference of concrete strength involved in construction program of construction organizations at various levels.Through the reference literature and many tests,the optimal neural network algorithm is found,and the prediction model of concrete entity strength of new construction projects in Guangzhou is established by using MATLAB software.The prediction of concrete entity strength of new construction projects in Guangzhou is realized,which provides a new method for concrete quality monitoring in Guangzhou. |
