The Study On Management Strategy Of The Financial Service In HZ 4S Shop Based On Value Chain

Nowadays,car 4S shops have become the most major way of car sales,and their profit status reflects the development of car market to some extent.Recent years,the competition in car industry is more and more intense,although the sales volume is rising,the profit of car 4S shop often decline,which cause the closing down to some car 4S shop.In order to increase the viability and profit status,the main car manufacturers start to open up new business model,and intensify the application of automobile finance to increase the profit of value chain.Automobile finance refers to the financial service about car industry,which contains the funds accommodations ways related to the process of car industry,like design,manufacture,sale,etc.In the post car market(the sales section),automobile finance keeps permeating.Automobile finance can be divided into automobile financial company loan transaction mode,automobile consumption credit aging mode,and finance lease car consumption mode,which are led by automobile finance company,business bank,credit alliance,trust company,insurance company,and the like.At present,the domestic automobile finance companies keep developing and perfecting facing fierce competition.Taking HZ Car 4S Shop for example,this paper studies the strategies about improving automobile financial business to increase the value profit in HZ Car 4S Shop.After bringing automobile finance,the value profit in HZ Car 4S Shop has been improved,but the improvement is limited because the application of automobile is not mature.This paper analyzes the problems existing the current financial business,then proposes the corresponding solutions,which aim to improve the value profit in HZ Car 4S Shop.
