| In our country,masonry arch bridges have a fairly long history,their distributions are of very wide range,the forms are beautiful and diverse,and they are not of uniform size.At the present stage,most of the existing masonry arch bridge were built early,and now most of them have many damages,such as the main arch ring cracking,the block weathering and falling,and other defects.They affect their load-bearing capacity and usability,hiding dangers of safety.In recent years,although the highway and bridge departments have made many achievements in bridge maintenance management,but in the face of the huge number and urgent to reform,it still have a lot of difficulties in transformation and reinforcing.Continuous stone arch bridge is a common type of masonry arch bridge,and they were widely used in the area of rich stone,because of they had the advantages of convenient materials,low cost and simple construction.However,the special specification clauses of testing and evaluating its technical condition and bearing capacity evaluation are still less.Therefore,analysis of the continuous stone arch bridge’s technology test,status evaluation method and the evaluation method of load-bearing capacity,and propose the reinforcement scheme,will make contributions to the maintenance or transformation for the dangerous or old stone bridges.The research contents are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the common diseases of the main components of the masonry arch bridge,such as main arch ring and arch structure,and the causes of the main components during operation.According to the Standards of Technical Condition Evaluation of Highway Bridges(JTG/H21—2011)to analyze the technical status of upper structure,lower structure and bridge deck components of masonry arch bridges;(2)A continuous stone arch bridge in Hengyang,Hunan province as an example,and according to the industry technical standards,it will tests the technical state of this bridge and records the date,and then observes and analyses its disease and technical status,and using the calculation formula of Standards of Technical Condition Evaluation to calculate the main components of the continuous stone arch bridge,and the main parts score results,reassign the weight,and calculate the upper structure,lower structure and bridge deck system score results,and evaluate the bridge status;(3)Through the static and dynamic load test of the continuous stone arch bridge,the static load test determines the loading condition and loading position,and uses four standard car to carry out loading test,and measuring deflection;The dynamic load test is used to test the fundamental frequency and damping ratio of the structure.;Through the comparison of the test data and the theoretical value,further evaluate its bearing capacity;(4)This paper analyzes the common reinforcement scheme of stone arch bridge,puts forward the targeted transformation of the continuous stone arch bridge. |
