The wall is a composite structure in which all the loads on the upper part of the wall are shared by the lower wall and the upper wall.The structure of the wall and girder has the advantages of saving material,shortening the construction period and saving time,by the way,the mechanism of force has its unique characteristics,which is widely used in urban and rural construction.At the same time,with the accelerated process of urbanization and the continuous development of the real estate industry,urban construction waste gradually increased.Not only to occupy the land but also to reduce the quality of the soil,causing pollution to air and water if the construction waste is not properly handled or allowed to pile up,.Therefore,the method of construction waste disposal has become a hot issue in today's construction industry.At present,the structural characteristics of the simply supported wall and the properties of the recycled concrete have been researched basis at domestic and abroad.As the upper wall of the wall of the material strength requirements are low,so this paper proposed the application of recycled concrete materials to the wall structure.Through the static loading test,the uniform load is applied at the top of the specimen to simulate the actual working condition of the wall specimen and observe the test phenomenon and test the test data,discussing the simple concrete Characteristics of structural model of beam after loading.This experiment selected 4 root regeneration concrete simply supported wall beam specimen and 1 common wall beam specimen,On the basis of the static test,the test data processing analysis,comparative study on the chart,thus obtains the distribution regularity of the bearing capacity of the specimens.And then try to compare with the calculation method of the simply supported wall beam in the masonry structure specification of our country at this stage.The results show that:(1)Under the action of vertical uniform load,the bearing capacity of recycled concrete simply supported wall girder increases with the increase of the span ratio of the wall.The same wall depth-span ratio of recycled concrete simply supported wall beam specimens,and the elastic modulus of the upper wall and the lower wall material is closer,and the carrying capacity of the wall specimen is gradually increased.(2)Recycled concrete simply supported wall beam is similar to that of ordinary wall girder specimen,and has the effect of rod arch model after loading.In thevicinity of the top of the wall,the stress distribution is more uniform;the downward vertical stress is not the same changes,showing a small,small on both sides of the phenomenon.At this time,it can be concluded that the joist is in the small eccentric tensioned member,and the integral force of the recycled concrete wall is equivalent to the structural model of the rod arch.(3)Based on the preliminary analysis,the model of the composite concrete wall girder is determined as the model of the rod arch,and the internal force of the rod arch model is analyzed by mechanical method.(4)Comparison of load carrying capacity calculation method.As the joist has played a key role in the bearing capacity of the whole wall and girder specimen,this paper introduces the relevant formula of the bearing capacity calculation formula of the ordinary simply supported wall girder under the current standard of masonry structure in the country.And the calculation formula of the load capacity of the joist.On the basis of the above,combined with the results of the test results of the three comparative analysis,it is proposed that the arch height has certain influence factors on the load carrying capacity of the joists and the corresponding structural measures should be taken at the joist support to improve the bearing capacity,which prevent the destruction of the specimen under pressure.
