Research On The Methods Of The Characteristics Evaluation Of Dynamic Visual Landscape Based On Perspective Of Landscape Reservation

In recent years,during the rapid construction of our country,the urban landscape has been destroyed seriously.Reserving and creating the urban landscape becomes the focus of the whole society.In order to accurately grasp the current urban landscape and provide a rational basis for urban planning and control,from the point of the characteristics of dynamic perception,the research discusses the characteristics evaluation methods of dynamic visual landscape by means of quantitative analysis,multi-factor hierarchy analysis,data analysis and abstract representation analysis to establish the system of the characteristics evaluation methods of dynamic visual landscape.First of all,the research arranges the landscape ecology,gestalt psychology and visual theories.Then the dynamic visual landscape is defined scientifically from the two angles of ‘view'and ‘scene'.The research proposes the overall principles of sticking to the base line,basing upon the reality,developing persistently combining experts with the public,combining qualitative evaluation with quantitative evaluation.Secondly,the model of characteristics evaluation methods of dynamic landscape is discussed preliminarily.In order to understand the characteristics of the current urban landscape,the evaluation objects were defined from two aspects,namely,the long isometric dynamic visual unit and the near and middle scene based on dynamic visual hierarchy.The evaluation criteria and corresponding evaluation indexes are selected from the perspectives of ecology,function,aesthetics,cultural value dimensions and continuous,specific visual characteristics.And the equal-weight evaluation model is established including of the objective layer,the standard layer and the index layer.Then,this research discusses the development of the evaluation process of characteristic evaluation method.On the basis of the evaluation model,by means of data statistics and abstract graphic analysis,the characteristics evaluation of road units sections is integrated,and the characteristics evaluation of overall road is carried out.The corresponding evaluation results are obtained and analyzed.So the system of the characteristics evaluation method of dynamic visual landscape is established.Eventually,the characteristics evaluation method is applied on the practical project.The characteristics of urban dynamic visual landscape is preliminarily understood by characteristic evaluation.And the evaluation results can be the basis of following quality evaluation and impact evaluation.And the suggestions of the height adjustment can be provided for urban construction lands.The application of the characteristics evaluation method provides the scientific and rational basis for the planning and control of urban landscape protection in this case.
