This paper investigates the development level of electric vehicles and charging facilities at home and abroad,and sorts out the types,functional modules,colors,materials,processes,sizes,usage methods and shapes of various charging facilities in the domestic and international markets.Contrast and produced a competing product analysis form to explore the development trend of charging facilities.The business models of domestic and international charging systems are evaluated and compared one by one to grasp the development direction of the future business model of charging systems at home and abroad.Based on the nine thinking characteristics of the Internet,combined with the characteristics of the electric vehicle charging system,the design principles of establishing a good user experience,stimulating users to create value and linking users to the innovative business model of the charging system are summarized.Combining the shortcomings of the traditional business model,based on the proposed business model design principles,the C2C(customer-to-customer)model of sharing the economy is designed as the electric vehicle charging system from the perspectives of profit,market,brand positioning,service population,and input cost.Business model and draw a logical architecture diagram and advantage analysis of the model.According to the hardware facilities,221 people based on the use of EVCARD electric car products were investigated by questionnaires,and the common role model of users was established,and the target population of charging facilities service was determined.Track the complete use of the EVCARD electric vehicle from the charging facility to the APP and create a flow chart.Using user journey map in the service design to evaluate and summarize the four dimensions of the user's use of the charging infrastructure in terms of thinking,feeling,experience and opportunity.Finally,it reveals the pain points of the product in the whole process of service,and provides the next product design.Important innovation basis.Based on user's pain point,the design of the charging facility needs to include the use mode and function module that can solve the problem,and analyze the color selection,material process selection,size selection,etc.Finally,the intelligent dispatching charging pile is designed.Piles follow the car and gestures call piles are two innovations in this design.Using image recognition technology,the car,pile,people and video surveillance cameras are linked,no special charging parking space is required,and the user can recognize and dispatch the charging pile to automatically move to the electric vehicle through the sliding rails by using specific gestures.At the same time,the charging gun head of the fingerprint identification module is added,and the charging and fee settlement service can be easily completed without operating any terminal equipment.Combined with the shared C2 C business model,a mobile power lease cabinet for vehicles was designed.The product can quickly increase the cruising range,commercially allow users to trade with users,provide and enjoy distribution power services,and earn service fees.Designed for the user's needs,the model is avant-garde,the night is conspicuous and easy to find,and the product is durable for household charging piles.Consider the user's use requirements and product characteristics of the charging facility and complete the design of the APP high-fidelity interface based on the functional priority and task flow.
