With the development of science and technology,a lot of new star fields have been explored by new technique.Among them,micro aerial vehicle is a new product that based on the great development of technologies such as micro-electromechanical systems.In recent years,most of the micro aerial vehicle have been designed,which is fixed-wing or rotary-wing designs.Although their designs have many mature theories and experiences as support,some parameters of these flight mechanisms of fixed-wing and rotor-rotor are limited.Such as size and flight performance.Therefore,this paper carries out the study of the flight attitude of the dragonfly.With the help of the knowledge of bionics,the drive mechanism of the flipping-wing micro aerial vehicle and develops has been designed.the aerodynamic study of the wing of the flipping-wing has been done.The research method of the paper is bionics,which requires the observation and analysis of natural organisms.The object chosen for this paper is the dragonfly,because the fly-ability of dragonfly is excellent in insect which most kinds have a fly-ability.In order to study the flying attitude of the dragonfly,a high-speed camera system was been used to catch the action of dragonfly which was been fixed.Large amount of data was saved.Then a professional software is used for processing and analysis,and the detailed data of its flight attitude is finally obtained,and its mathematical expression is summarized using geometric analysis and graphical methods.Using the help of the mathematical expressions,coupled with relevant knowledge in the field of mechanical design,a flapping-wing system was been designed based on a gear train that is the key to fit the trajectory of wings during flight.At the same time,it also provides a four wings output that uses only one motive element to avoid interference.The main components of the flapping-wing micro aerial vehicle has been analyzed by the anasys.Refer to the studies of insect wings,two different wing designs was caught out.Both advantages and disadvantages of the different wing structure are analyzed.The state of stress was been included during exercise.And the effect of aerodynamic characteristics of the wing on the lift force during exercise.
