Folding wing expansion mechanism is an important part of precision guided weapon miniaturization.It is widely used in modern weapon equipment,and its reliability directly determines the combat capability of precision guided weapon.Therefore,it is very important to carry out the research on the working characteristics of folding wing The For the guided shells,the experimental study at this stage only studies the working characteristics of the folded fins on the ground stationary condition,while the guided shells have different angles of incidence and high speed spin in actual operating conditions.Therefore,the development of a set of adjustable angle,variable speed of the wing launch test system for the analysis of the tail in the actual working conditions of the working characteristics of great significance.In this paper,by analyzing the overall demand of the dynamic test system,the design of the dynamic test system is divided into the mechanical system and the electrical system,and the key technology needed to be solved in the system design is established.The wing-wing real-time angle recording scheme is designed,Reliable locking test program,projectile installation program,projectile angle adjustment program and the projectile rotation unlock program.In this paper,the mechanical system is analyzed from the aspects of angle adjustment,speed adjustment and the demand of sensor signal transmission.The mechanical system design is completed,and the key components such as bearings,drive shaft,motor Such as calculation and selection.In this paper,the electrical system is divided into two parts to design,the hardware part from the angle measurement,speed measurement,wing expansion lock signal acquisition,high-speed photography,speed control,electromagnetic clutch control and electromagnetic collision control made a detailed hardware program;Mainly to achieve the operation of the human-computer interaction,the collection of data filtering and image signal processing.Based on the developed dynamic test system,this paper has carried out the exploratory test on the flap,and the experimental results show that the flap start time increases with the increase of the speed.From the test process of the error and its causes,the use of dynamic test system to put forward operational requirements.
