Design And Research On Control System And Key Components Of Automatic Binding Machine

With the development of modern industrial machinery automation,people have higher and higher requirements for the automation and high efficiency of gluing equipment.The traditional semi-automatic box gluing machine,in addition to the automatic completion of box gluing,in other aspects,there are many manual operation steps,the quality of cartons is not guaranteed,the production efficiency is low,the labor intensity is large,and it is not suitable for the production rhythm of modern automatic production line.The automatic gluing machine is widely used because of its fast production speed and high production precision.In this paper,the design and research of the counting unit and the control system of the packing machine are carried out.First of all,aiming at the working position device of the sorting and counting unit of the case gluing machine,a kind of sorting and counting unit equipment which is more suitable for automatic production is designed.According to the requirements,the relevant mechanical structure of the sorting and counting unit is designed,mainly including the design of the front flush cardboard mechanism,the back flush cardboard mechanism,the sorting and counting mechanism,and the transmission mechanism,and the three-dimensional modeling of the sorting and counting unit is carried out.Then,ANSYS Workbench software is used to carry out the finite element analysis of the back flush paperboard mechanism and the discharge mechanism to ensure the practicability of the structure.Secondly,the hardware system of the control system of the full-automatic gluing machine is established,and the PLC,sensors and executive devices are selected.The hardware circuit diagram of the system is designed,and the port address of each module PLC is assigned.According to the working process of the automatic gluing machine,the control system software of the gluing machine is designed,including the main program,folding mechanism program,counting and discharging mechanism program,etc.Finally,the monitoring system of the control system is designed.Using Kingview software to analyze and study the control system of the gluing machine,designed the relevant landing interface,monitoring interface,alarm interface,etc.,which is convenient for the staff to monitor the relevant equipment;the control system was simulated and debugged to realize the control of the gluing machine production line.The research on the key components and control system of the gluing machine has promoted the development of the packaging machinery and provided a certain reference for the development of the automation of the gluing machine.
