With the rapid development of construction industry in our country,the traditional construction mode of production defects be solved,the Prefabricated Concrete(Prefabricated Concrete,PC)building were various real estate enterprise and national promotion.The truss reinforced concrete composite slab is one of the most widely used floor structures.In this paper,the finite element numerical simulation method is used to analyze the mechanical performance of the truss reinforced concrete composite slab during the construction and use phases.The main work is as follows:(1)Finite element models of truss reinforced concrete composite slab and ordinary reinforced concrete composite slab ABAQUS were established to analyze the stress performance of slab bottom plate at the construction stage.The results of mid-span deflection and reinforcement stress show that the stress performance of trussed concrete floor is better.This paper analyzes the parameters that affect the stress performance of the reinforced concrete bottom slab of the truss the thickness of the bottom slab and the height of the steel truss have a great influence on the stress performance of the prefabricated composite slab during construction.(2)The finite element analysis model was established for the use stage of integral composite plate,two-piece composite plate and three-piece composite plate.The results show that the stress characteristics of two-spelt plate are closer to that of cast-in-situ monolithic plate.Floor with different longitudinal reinforcement,the lap length,diameter longitudinal reinforcement arrangement spacing between the three parameters on the double composite plate using phase stress performance,the influence of the conclusion,flat-fell seam stage lap length of reinforcement of composite plate using mechanical performance influence is very small,but the larger bottom longitudinal reinforcement diameter and smaller longitudinal reinforcement arrangement spacing,makes flat-fell seam in steel can take on the larger bending moment generated by the load,enhancing the shear properties of the composite plate.Based on the crack problem of composite slab in practical engineering,this paper puts forward the reinforcement bars on both sides of composite slab and optimises the structure of composite slab.Through the analysis of finite element simulation results,it can be concluded that the reinforcement bars on both sides of composite slab can effectively increase the overall stiffness of composite slab.(3)Summarize the workflow and key points for further design of prefabricated structures by using the Prostructures software in Bentley series of BIM software,and conduct statistics of prefabricated components and calculation of assembly rate for building 1#.
