At present,China is vigorously promoting prefabricated buildings, which is in line with the development trend of building industrialization.Reinforced truss laminated plates have been widely used as a trdition assembled component. For a long time, many national institutions and scholars have carried out a large number of theoretical analysis and experimental research on reinforced truss laminated plates, providing a lot of theoretical basis and experimental support for the promotion of new laminated plates. The existing related literature research focuses on the overall mechanical properties of the laminated plate after the pouring, but there is less research on the mechanical properties of the laminated plate bottom plate member as a template. In this paper,a new type of bidirectional reinforced truss laminated plate is proposed to solve the problem of cracks in the bottom plate of the existing reinforced truss laminated plate during transportation and stacking. Two bidirectional reinforced truss laminated slabs and one ordinary reinforced truss laminated slab are subjected to a load test. The influence of the reinforced truss on the mechanical properties of the slab is investigated. The mid-span deflection, concrete strain,With the development of uniform load, the strain of the steel bar was analyzed, and the cracking load, crack distribution law and load-strain distribution law under uniform load were analyzed. At the same time,ABAQUS was used for the finite element nonlinear simulation analysis, and the simulation results were compared with the experimental data, which proved the accuracy of the finite element simulation method.A new finite element model was further established to affect the mechanical performance of the new reinforced truss laminated plate floor.Factor analysis. The research results show that under the same uniform load, the crack load, deflection changes, and strain and crack development of the reinforced concrete slab floor of the two-way reinforced truss composite slab are smaller, which indicates that the addition of additional reinforced braces can significantly improve the slab of the composite slab. The stiffness and crack resistance, and propose reasonable improvement suggestions and problems that need to be solved,so as to provide a valuable reference for the further study of the new reinforced truss laminated plate floor. |
