The year 2018 is the year of fintech revolution.Internet giants are transforming one after another.Fintech companies of banks are speeding up their layout and accelerating industry reshuffle.In this background,F auto finance company needs to adjust its competitive strategy.As a state-owned enterprise,the strategic transformation of F Automobile Finance Company needs to be carried out under the overall strategic guidance of the F Group.It is subject to multiple management and restrictions in technology input,application of advanced technology and introduction of high-end scientific and technological talents.Regional financial supervision strictly controls over financial innovation.Restricted by reputation risk and profit requirement,there is less room for trial and error.The group and the company itself have higher requirements for risk management,and relatively low tolerance for risks brought by strategic transformation.The company is relatively conservative in technology input.In 2019,it invested 200 million Yuan in technology,accounting for 0.5% of its operating income.Independent research and development capabilities of technology are weak.The company is mainly based on business outsourcing mode,and lack of technical support capability for strategic transformation.Affected by the regional development of the company,the technical level of the technical team still falls behind that of the developed areas,and there is a gap between the personnel incentive measures and the market banking system,which is not conducive to the introduction of high-end technology talents.Therefore,it is very important for the development of F automobile finance company to formulate and implement appropriate competition strategy.In order to help F automobile finance company adjust the appropriate competitive strategy,this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of F automobile finance company on the basis of combing the theory of enterprise competitive strategy,mainly including the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the company.On this basis,through the SWOT analysis method,it is determined that F automotive finance company will define the "Internet +" strategy as the company's highest strategy,and put forward specific "Internet +" strategy solutions,including building strategic maps,strategic initiatives,big data technology applications and strategic assumptions,and implementation of security measures,including Internet technology management standards,financial enterprises."Internet +" transformation success criteria and enterprise "Internet +" transformation IT capability evaluation standard.The contribution of this paper is to determine the success criteria of “Internet plus” transformation of financial enterprises and the evaluation standard of "Internet plus" transformation capability of enterprises,combined with the development of “Internet plus” in the banks and Internet financial companies.The context not only clarifies the current transformation progress and IT capability level of F auto finance companies,but also provides other companies effective reference standards.
