Chinese landscape have always occupied an important position in the world landscape.However,the development of modern landscape in China has only just started.From barbarous growth to now gradually to industrialization,standardization,is experiencing unprecedented changes.Judging from the current industry development,the development trend of the landscape greening industry,and the production and development environment of small and medium-sized landscape enterprises is not optimistic.However,small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in China's economic system.Whether it is the contribution rate of GDP,tax revenue,urban employment are all important foundations for the steady development of the national economy.Liaoning JY Landscape Company is one of them.In the face of changes,it is imperative to clarify the strategic direction of the company,regain the increase in business volume,and achieve the expansion of corporate profits and scale.Taking the development status of Liaoning JY landscape Engineering Co.,Ltd.as a research topic in recent years,this paper describes the relevant research on the development trends of domestic and foreign industries,in-depth research on the current situation of enterprises,and the position in the industry,and through the analysis of the external and internal environment of JY landscape Engineering Company.Using literature research methods,investigation methods,interviews,and other research methods,combined with PEST analysis methods to analyze the external environment of enterprises,the important factors that affect JY's macro-strategic environment are enumerated by expert voting methods.Using EFE evaluation matrix to analyze current opportunities and threats.Then,using the IFE evaluation matrix method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the current company,and then build the overall strategy of the company development,and formulate specific implementation programs and safeguard measures.Help JY to better grasp the future development direction and promote the ecological construction and industrial upgrading of the industry.Through strategic analysis,Liaoning JY landscape Engineering Co.,Ltd.has some opportunities for development and several disadvantages that need to be made up,the most important of which is the need to solve the project talents,funding problems and improve the industrial chain,so as to achieve integration and the important core task of new market development.In order to facilitate in the future industrial competition to obtain development,open up the scope of business enterprises to achieve a new situation of turning losses into profits.
