| With the rapid economic development,the urbanization rate has gradually increased,and building energy consumption has also increased.Energy conservation and emission reduction have become the main goals of the development of the construction industry.At present,the energy consumed by conventional buildings has caused China’s non-renewable energy sources to continue to decrease and has exacerbated air pollution.Therefore,exploring low-energy buildings based on an unbalanced energy-saving system is of great significance for energy conservation.This paper summarizes the relevant domestic and foreign research results of non-balanced energy-saving envelopes for low-energy buildings,based on the climatic conditions in the Hetao region of Inner Mongolia.First,a traditional rural residential model was established through the design software of building energy consumption simulation software DesignBuilder.A single factor change calculation and analysis was performed on the external walls,roofs and windows that affect the energy consumption of rural residential buildings.There is a single relationship between costs.Then use orthogonal experiment method to carry out comprehensive optimization scheme design for the three influencing factors,and then use the DesignBuilder software to simulate the energy consumption of 16 groups of schemes.The simulation results are compared with the energy consumption of the traditional model,and it is suitable for the Inner Mongolia Hetao Optimal design of the envelope structure of low-energy rural houses in the region.Finally,the construction cost and maintenance cost of the 3 groups of programs were calculated by the software of Guanglianda.Through incremental benefit analysis,the whole life cycle of the energy-saving economy of the scheme is analyzed,and the scheme with the best energy-saving and economical efficiency is finally obtained,namely scheme7.The structure of this solution is 240 mm sintered porous brick and 270 mm XPS thermal insulation board for the south wall,370 mm solid clay brick and 60 mmEPS thermalinsulation board for the north wall,east wall and west wall.The ratio is 0.1,the glass material is three-layer insulation glass,and the roof insulation material is 180 mm XPS insulation board.The current value of heating costs saved in the scheme over the 70-year life cycle is 23,921.41 yuan,and the amount of CO2,SO2,NOX,and soot that is reduced by emissions is 503.43 tons,1.63 tons,1.42 tons,and 1.06 tons.In summary,under the conditions of energy conservation and economy,this scheme reduces a large amount of harmful gas emissions,protects the ecological environment,and is in line with China’s concept of sustainable development.The research results in this paper provide a theoretical basis for the development of low-energy non-equilibrium envelope structures for rural houses in the Hetao area of Inner Mongolia,and have important guiding significance for rural houses in the Hetao area of Inner Mongolia.They are in line with the concept of green and sustainable development in China. |
