| Industrialization of buildings is one of the most important development directions for the construction industry in China and the world in the future.The fabricated concrete block wall is one of the important fabricated components.The most used wall in traditional buildings is the masonry wall that is built on site by using bulk materials.This type of masonry wall has the advantages of low cost,local material,heat insulation,sound insulation and good fire resistance,but the disadvantages during the construction process is that of high labor cost,high labor intensity,long construction period,complicated construction process,difficult to control construction quality and construction cost,and great influence by weather and worker proficiency.How to make full use of the various advantages of masonry walls and promote the industrial modernization of masonry walls has become an important problem of assembly-type building components in China.In addition,there are currently tens of thousands of block wall materials enterprises in China.Most of these enterprises have invested heavily.How to transform and upgrade these enterprises and how to let these enterprises participate in the construction of prefabricated buildings in China is also an urgent problem to be solved.Solve many problems of artificial masonry wall masonry,develop the assembled masonry wall without vertical ash seams,and realize the industrialization of block wall.This paper studies the different connection methods for the prefabricated concrete block filling wall.The impact of seismic performance.Mainly for the following points:(1)In order to study the influence of different connection methods on the seismic behavior of prefabricated concrete block infilled walls,4 pieces RC frame specimens with prefabricated concrete block wall,1 piece RC frame specimen with ordinary hollow block wall and 1 piece empty frame specimen were designed.The quasi-static test was carried out on the above samples,and the wall failure process and some test phenomena were recorded to analyze and study the failure process of the test wall.By analyzing the hysteretic curve,skeleton curve,stiffness degradation curve and ductility performance of the specimens,it is proved that the prefabricated block wall can meet the requirements of the code.(2)The application of the simplified model of traditional block wall in this structural system is verified.Based on the test of 6 piece specimens,the cracking mode of the block-filled wall structure was studied.Based on the experimental data of this study,a simplified model was established and the width of the equivalent diagonal bar was calculated.(3)The construction method of prefabricated concrete block filled wall is studied,mainly studies the transportation,hoisting,connection and other aspects of the wall,so as to provide construction technical support for the development and application of prefabricated concrete block filled wall. |
