With the rapid development of the new materials industry,the light aggregate concrete got wide attention and used in engineering construction,and the research on the light aggregate concrete composite structure is also constantly being carried out.The shear connection between steel beam and concrete slab is the key part to ensure that the composite structure can work normally,and the stud connection is most widely used.At the present stage,there are few studies on lightweight aggregate concrete stud connectors.In this paper,the mechanical properties of lightweight aggregate concrete stud connectors are analyzed by finite element numerical simulation,and the design suggestion of shear joint of combined beam is given.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)This paper discusses the basic theory of ordinary concrete stud shear connectors.On the basis of comparative analysis,combined with the research results of lightweight aggregate concrete stud connectors,preliminarily determine the main influencing factors of nail shear capacity.of the mechanical properties and stud connectors of light aggregate concrete stud connectors.(2)Select the plastic damage model as the constitutive model of the finite element numerical simulation,and determine the conversion parameters of the plastic damage model of the lightweight aggregate concrete based on the constitutive relationship of the concrete.The plastic damage factor calculation formula of lightweight aggregate concrete is proposed by analogy,and the rationality is verified by ABAQUS simulation of uniaxial compression test of lightweight aggregate concrete.(3)Use ABAQUS software to establish 41 finite element launch test models,and analyze the influence of different influence parameters on the shear performance of lightweight aggregate concrete studs.The influence of force is more obvious.By fitting the regression of the finite element calculation results,this paper give the calculation expression of the shear bearing capacity of the stud connector.(4)Compared with ordinary concrete stud connectors under the same parameters,the time for the light-weight aggregate concrete stud connectors to enter the elastoplastic working stage is earlier,the limit slip is slightly larger,and the ductility is better.The shear bearing capacity is about 11% lower than that of ordinary concrete.(5)The calculation method of the shear stiffness of the lightweight aggregate concrete stud connector is given,and the finite element model is established to analyze the main influencing factors of the effective stress height of the stud. |
