The headed stud connector is very important component in the steel-concrete composite structure.The main function is to transmit the longitudinal shear between steel and concrete.At present,the most widely used connector in engineering construction in domestic is still headed stud connectors.Therefore,researching on headed stud connector is very important.At present,with the development of the society,many old buildings need to be demolished,which demolished concrete occupies a very large part of the building rubbish.The research on recycled concrete in our country has been relatively sufficient,but the research on hybrid aggregate recycled concrete is still relatively fewer.Therefore,in this paper,hybrid aggregate recycled concrete is applied to steel-hybrid aggregate recycled concrete composite beams,and the failure state and stress of stud connectors in hybrid aggregate recycled concrete are analyzed by push-out test.Mainly do the following researching:(1)Two-stage mixing approach(TSMA)is used to make the hybrid aggregate recycled concrete.Calculate the mixing ratio of the concrete and try to mix according to the mixture proportions.The mechanical properties of the concrete test block are tested,and the optimal mixture proportion is selected.(2)Make 10 push-out test speciments and load the test speciments.At the same time,observe the test and damage phenomenon.Analyze the phenomenon of concrete damage and the bearing capacity and deformation of headed stud connectors.(3)Analyze the collected data,compare the experimental shear strength of headed stud connectors with the calculated values according to domestic and foreign standards,and compare the the shear capacity increasing of the stud connectors under different influencing factors.(4)Analyze the load-slip curve of the test speciments,calculate the shear stiffness test values of the stud connector according to the curve,comparing it with the standard formula and the empirical formula given by scholars at domestic and in foreign countries,and analyze the comparing results.At the same time,analyze the overall change trend of the load-slip curve,and the ultimate slip under different influencing factors is obtained,then the ductility of the specimen is also analyzed. |
