In recent years,the construction and operation of high-speed railways in China have achieved good results.As an important part of urban construction in China,high-speed railway passenger stations bear the functions of passenger boarding,interchange and being a junction that connect with other modes of transportation.This paper studies and establishes an evaluation index system for the operation effect of high-speed railway passenger stations by systematically analyzing the development of high-speed railway passenger stations,then builds an evaluation model for the operation effect of high-speed railway stations and verifies and analyzes the model with examples.It has certain practical significance for the improvement of the horizontal operation level of high-speed railway passenger stations.This article first describes the high-speed railway passenger station and other related concepts,on this basis,summarizes the function and development trend of high-speed railway passenger station,analyzes the operation of typical high-speed railway passenger transport hubs such as Tokyo Shinjuku Station in Japan,San Francisco Bay Transportation Hub,Shanghai Hongqiao Transportation Hub and the Chongqing Shapingba comprehensive transportation hub,then summarizes the problems of the operation of high-speed railway passenger transport stations likes the division of labor,planning,service,management,etc.After that,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the operation effect of the high-speed railway passenger station,puts forward the evaluation content of the operation effect of the high-speed railway passenger station and the principles of index selection,and establishes the evaluation index system of the operation effect of the high-speed railway passenger station which contains the effects of transportation organization,passenger transfer,station passenger service efficiency,and social economic effects.Finally,based on the constructed evaluation index system,this paper establishes a combination evaluation model of high-speed railway passenger station operation effect based on Delphi BP neural network and utilities the evaluation model to verify and analyze the evaluation of Shenyang station operational effect.This article comprehensively considers the traffic function and social function of the high-speed railway passenger station,and establishes a more scientific and reasonable index system,which can comprehensively evaluate the operation effect of the high-speed railway passenger station.The BP neural network combinationevaluation model based on Delphi method can effectively adopt expert expertise and staff field experience,with a series of advantages like high calculation accuracy of BP neural network,non-linear relationship between nodes,and small result error.The evaluation results have been verified to have good applicability and effectiveness.This paper innovatively uses the analytic hierarchy process and takes the weighted score of the second-level indicators as the network input data in order to solve the problems that the neural network model requires high sample quality and the evaluation index system is relatively large.It is verified that the method effectively solves the above problems,and the model calculation results also prove that the method is scientific and reasonable.
