Research On Location Of National Logistics Hub

In recent years,China's logistics park has shown a trend of transforming from a logistics service carrier to an industrial organization center,with various resource elements gathering.In December 2018,with the approval of the State Council,the national development and Reform Commission,in conjunction with the Ministry of transport,issued China's first national "logistics hub" special plan-"national logistics hub layout and construction plan".The plan proposes to build the national logistics hub network with the layout and construction of the national logistics hub,endowing the national logistics hub with profound development connotation,in order to lead the high-quality development of China's logistics industry.The implementation of national logistics hub planning also requires the government to further determine its specific location in the host city.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a set of scientific and reasonable analysis method system of national logistics hub location,to provide decision-making basis for government departments,to ensure that the national logistics hub can play the maximum effectiveness according to the established development path,and to form a modern logistics operation system with the national logistics hub as the core.On the basis of relevant research,this paper makes a systematic and in-depth study on the location of national logistics hub,which mainly includes the following contents:(1)This paper expounds the background,basic types and macro layout of the national logistics hub,determines the basic connotation of the location of the national logistics hub,summarizes the main characteristics of the national logistics hub,and puts forward the overall idea of the location of the national logistics hub.(2)The supply and demand analysis method of national logistics hub location is put forward.Based on the connotation of the development of national logistics hub,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of national logistics hub's site selection,which includes 27 specific indexes,from four dimensions of basic operation support,dry control business connection,international logistics service and industrial collaborative linkage,and constructs the national logistics based on the improved TOPSIS method Hub location evaluation model.In order to adapt the location to the future development and change of logistics demand,this paper analyzes and forecasts the demand,puts forward the main content and steps of the location demand analysis of national logistics hub,analyzes the service scope of national logistics hub with the help of fracture point trajectory model,puts forward the freight volume prediction method combining grey prediction model and support vector regression,and calculates the demand sharing rate of the source region Get the demand at the demand point.(3)Based on the results of supply analysis and demand analysis,a multi-objective location model of national logistics hub with the characteristics of type differentiation and decision integration is constructed.Based on NSGA-II,the Pareto optimal solution algorithm of multi-objective model is designed,and the Pareto optimal solution comparative analysis method based on the target achievement rate index is proposed.(4)Taking Changsha City as an example,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the location of national logistics hub by using the method proposed in this paper,which verifies the feasibility and practicability of the method.
