Northwest wind blowing snow disasters in our country has been the obstacle of railway and highway operation and one of the main disasters in winter,the occurrence of local wind blowing snow can make rail and road form different levels of resistance,hinder traffic road resistance is small,the bigger will cause serious bodily damage,with all the construction step of a country area,xinjiang,Inner Mongolia railway and highway network construction are also gradually improve,in such a cold winter long high latitudes,how effective prevention and control of the wind blowing snow has been the difficulties faced by China’s transportation industry.In this paper,starting from the wind blowing snow disaster prevention purposes,relying on the "ah fu S2 the pilot test project" the research topic,in access to data and wind tunnel test on the basis of the formation mechanism of wind blowing snow,after the collection and analysis of data on the spot,through effective method combined with GIS technology completed ah fu railway liability wind blowing snow disaster evaluation research,in this paper,the main work and results were as follows:(1)Collect wind and snow data along the route through many field surveys in winter,conduct in-depth analysis of measured data,and have a full solution to the basic situation of the site,and make clear the occurrence mechanism of wind blowing snow.On the basis of collecting field data and downloading to public data,the line is divided into regional environmental conditions,regional wind field conditions and regional snow field conditions,and the data is prepared into ARCGIS index form according to different conditions.(2)The hierarchical analysis model,information content model and logistic regression model were used to evaluate the vulnerability of wind blowing snow along the route,and the risk level data graphs of the three methods were obtained.The validity of the evaluation of the three methods was verified by the grade subordination of severe points along the route.(3)Based on the three models to get the results of the analysis and comparison,the three on the evaluation of the results from the general sense,choose scientific evaluation method has been proved from certain aspects can effectively solve such problems,but because it is three different methods,so the local differences,relatively speaking,hierarchical analysis model is slightly better than the results from the information model,the results of the logistic regression model results are relatively poor.(4)On the whole,the three models have obtained the extremely high wind and snow susceptibility rating map.The highly prone areas are all located in the road sections of kurte township,duge town and kalamagai town,which are closest to the southern foot of altai mountain.The highly prone areas are located in the road sections of kalamagai town and the south side of chakurtu.Therefore,it is necessary to focus on the prevention and control of wind blowing and snow along the road,especially the passive prevention and control measures should be strengthened for the shallow and low embankment cutting on the road.
