With the development of the “Belt and Road” initiative,the CR Express has gradually developed into a major carrier for international container land transportation.The factors related in international containr transport based on CR Express such as the nodes and transport corridor,different types of container cargoes and heavy/empty containers influence and restrict each other in the field of node selection,transportation schemes and distribution modes.In addition,the container cargoes with different time values have different demand of timelines,so in order to meet the diversified transportation demands of different goods,this paper researches the integrated optimization of international container transport organization based on CR Express with the idea of container distribution and integrated optimization,.First of all,this paper analyzes the development status of CR Express in terms of its operation situation and types of goods,and summarizes the domestic and foreign literature to determine the paper’s research direction.This paper elaborates and analyzes relevant theories,such as distribution theory,integration theory and stochastic dynamic programming theory,which will lay a theoretical foundation for the later study of the integrated optimization of international container transport organization based on CR Express.For the organization problem of the international container transit transportation based on CR Express,this paper establishes a time value model based on the nature of the goods.According to the idea of integrated optimization,the optimal model of international container transit transportation with the collaborative decision of transit ports and land corridors under the restricted conditions of CR Express channels is designed,and an adaptive genetic algorithm based on simulated annealing algortithm is used to solve it.At the same time,this paper also designs the international container transit transportation optimization model with individual decision of ports and inland routes,which is used to compared with the former model that uses the integrated optimization method.Then empirical research was conducted on container cargoes with different time values from Incheon,Tokyo,Manila transported to Berlin,and the transit transportation scheme of international containers with different departing ports and different time values is obtained using the cooperative decision of transit ports and CR Express channels.It is compared and analyzed with the international container transit transportation scheme using the independent decision of ports and inland routes,which verifies the feasibility of the integrated opitimization method.For the organization problem of international container returning transportation based on CR Express,this paper proposes a cooperative dynamic distribution scheme of heavy and empty containers.On the one hand,allocating heavy containers can increase the rate of heavy containers carried on the train,thereby improving the benefit and efficiency of the CR Express.On the other hand,loaing appropriate empty containers can meet the needs of operation conditions of CR Express and enterprise packing,guarantee the time efficiency of heavy containers.Through the analysis of the uncertainty of the contianer’s marshalling volume and waiting time at the station,the paper bulids the multi-objective dynamic programming model with the maximum capacity of the heavy containers loaded on the train and the minimum waiting time at the station under the contraints of the schedule of the train and the time period of the goods,then a hybrid intelligent algorithm combining random simulation technology,neural network algorithm and NSGA-II algorithm is designed.Finally,an empirical study is conducted with the returning CR Express from multiple European nodes to Chengdu,and get the coordinated dynamic distribution scheme of heavy and empty containers with different departure stations and different time period,which increases the container capacity of the train,and shortens the total waiting time at the station,and verifies the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.
