Nowadays,the construction of railway informatization has been highly valued by Ministry of Railways.It’s becoming an important issue of Ministry of Railways that how to improve the service life time and efficiency of equipment,manage the equipment assets involved in railway station buildings dynamically,find device fault in time and get a suitable method to maintain the equipment.There are many problems in traditional equipment management mode,which has been unable to adapt to railway efficient operation management.Based on the integration of BIM and GIS,the information management of Heating,Ventilation and Air Conditioning(HVAC)equipment in the railway station buildings is designed in this paper.The main contents are as follows:(1)Through the research on the characteristics and needs of HVAC equipment maintenance management in railway station buildings,this thesis explores the advantages of BIM technology in the equipment management and the data characteristics of IFC,which is a common format of BIM data,and uses Revit to build HVAC equipment model.(2)The thesis shows the differences between BIM and GIS data from the perspective of semantics and geometry,obtains the key technology of data conversion based on these differences,and designs the whole process of conversion from BIM to GIS model,which includes: the filtering of geometric semantic information,the conversion from constructive solid geometry to boundary representation,coordinate system transformation,as well as geometric and semantic information rematch.(3)From the perspective of equipment maintenance,the thesis analyzes the necessity of BIM data simplification,divides the BIM data into two parts for simplification,and introduce the edge folding algorithm based on Vertex weight in the geometric model to emphasize the outer contour of the model lightweight operation.Based on this method,the secondary development of Revit is used to select the redundant components in HVAC equipment model to lighten the model.Through the ADE extension mechanism,semantic information can also be extended to GIS attribute files to ensure a more complete mapping of semantic information.The research results show that the integration of GIS and BIM can achieve the visualization of the three-dimensional model and attribute information of HVAC equipment,so as to greatly improve maintenance work efficiency.The data analysis function provided by the GIS system can also provide technical support for operation and maintenance managers,help the operation and maintenance management methods and models. |
