In the individualized construction project,the external retaining wall in the form of complex shaped curved surface is collectively called the special-shaped building curtain wall.With the development of society and the advancement of science and technology,more and more individualized buildings have entered people's sights.The expressions of these facades of individualized buildings are mostly realized by the special-shaped curved curtain wall.The development of BIM technology has enabled the establishment of parametric model of special-shaped building curtain wall.The parameterized model of special-shaped building curtain wall plays a crucial guiding role in engineering design,construction and curtain wall component processing.This paper combines the main curtain wall project of the main station of Jiqing High-speed Railway Hongdao Station,and studies and designs the key technologies of the main peripheral protection system of the main station of Jiqing High-speed Railway Hongdao Station.Based on BIM technology,the design and research of the parameterization scheme for the large wave shape aluminum panel curtain wall system was carried out.The mechanical analysis and optimization of the structure of the aluminum plate connection system are carried out.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the actual situation and regional characteristics of the Jiqing High-speed Railway Hongdao Station project,the key technologies of the main station floor system were studied in detail.A 65/400-plate upright seamed metal roof panel is used in the metal roofing system.In order to improve the wind-proof capability of the metal roof panel,a wind-resistant clamp device is designed to be installed on the rib of the metal roof panel;In the gutter system,the cross-sectional dimension of the gutter was analyzed and calculated,and the single-system displacement of the siphonic rainwater drainage system and the siphon rainwater bucket setting of each system were studied.In view of the problems of lightning damage and static accumulation in the main station,the lightning receptors and discharge paths of the lightning protection system were studied in detail.(2)According to the architect's design intention for the large wave shape of Hongdao High-speed Railway Station,systematically studied the design and structure of the large-wave shaped special-shaped hyperbolic aluminum plate curtain wall system of Hongdao High-speed Railway Station,which was enlarged by Rhino software and Grasshopper plug-in.Parametric modeling of the spray hyperbolic aluminum plate curtain wall,and using the curvature analysis module of Rhino software to analyze the curvature of the parametric model and optimize the model,so that the optimized model can fully meet the needs of the actual project.Because the whole large wave aluminum curtain wall is in the form of hyperboloid,it poses a great challenge to the aluminum panel curtain wall panel.This article is based on BIM technology,using the advantages of Rhino software and Grasshopper plugin,by calling and connecting in the Grasshopper plugin.The arithmetic unit has parameterized the large-spray aluminum panel curtain wall,which greatly reduces the difficulty of the division of the profiled aluminum panel curtain wall.In order to create a close-fitting effect of aluminum plate joints,the Grasshopper plug-in is used to further study and optimize the aluminum plate division scheme,and different colors are given to the different sizes of aluminum plate joints,so as to distinguish the size of the aluminum plate joints,which is very good.Achieve the close-fitting effect of the aluminum panel.(3)The finite element analysis of the mechanical properties of the folded aluminum plates with different number of corners is carried out.It is found from the analysis results that the mechanical properties of the aluminum plates cannot meet the design requirements of the engineering when the folded aluminum plates are connected by corner codes.The mechanical properties of the folded aluminum plates with different rib joints were studied.The results show that the mechanical properties of the folded aluminum plates are better than other methods when the lateral stiffeners are added through the back side.The cross-section of the lateral reinforcement ribs of the aluminum plate was optimized.The mechanical properties of the aluminum plate assembly when the three-dimensional transverse reinforcement ribs of the three different sections of the "L" type,"?" type and "C type" were installed were analyzed.The analysis found that the aluminum plate not only meets the mechanical properties of the engineering design when it is connected by the transverse reinforcement of the aluminum plate of the "C" section,but also the transverse reinforcement of the aluminum plate of the "C" section can greatly reduce the weight of the structure.To some extent,indirectly reduce the construction cost.In view of the difficulty in cleaning the aluminum plate curtain wall of the large wave facade,the construction measures of the batch water strip at the joint of the spray aluminum panel were designed to carry out antifouling treatment.Due to the complicated structure of the connection system of the large wave double curved aluminum plate,the difficulty in installing the double curved aluminum curtain wall is studied.The three-dimensional adjustable aluminum hoop system is used in the aluminum plate connection system to connect,which greatly reduces the aluminum plate.The construction of the curtain wall is difficult,and the installation accuracy of the aluminum panel curtain wall is guaranteed.
