The dependence of enterprise development on technology research and development capabilities continues to increase, and more and more medium and large manufacturing enterprises take the initiative to establish PDM(product data management)systems to provide information integration support for product research and development and full life cycle management.BOM(bill of material)management is not only the core of PDM system, but also the basis of enterprise information management.MBOM(manufacturing bill of materials)management,as an independent field in BOM management, refines the granularity of enterprise BOM management, and is also for the enterprise Carrying out sales and after-sales service to provide data support. How to tailor a MBOM management plan that can adapt to the development of the enterprise is also a key issue that has attracted much attention. This topic analyses the business characteristics of the S company and the existing problems of the existing SAP PDM system, deeply studies the existing problems of BOM management in the system, and conducts research from the aspects of MBOM model construction, storage, document distribution and change management, combined with paperless. The concept of chemistry studies the problem of electronic document transmission, and develops a set of PDM system MBOM management optimisation plan suitable for the S company.Firstly, based on the analysis of PDM system and actual BOM management characteristics of the S company, this article organically combines the existing EBOM(engineering bill of materials)with the enterprise manufacturing order information to generate an order MBOM model, and designs the detailed structure of the MBOM.In addition, the system data interface scheme between MBOM and SAP and the storage scheme of electronic documents were studied and designed.Secondly, through the use of ASME analysis method to conduct a preliminary analysis of the value-added of the MBOM document distribution process of the S company, find the main problems of the document distribution process, and apply the Petri net theory to optimize the process. The Petri net process model is constructed, the effectiveness of the model is analysed, and the process model is optimised by the reorganisation method of the incidence matrix. For the serial process part optimised by the Petri net method, the ESIA method is used for secondary optimisation,so as to obtain the final MBOM document distribution process optimisation plan.At the same time,in view of the analysis of the main problems in the MBOM change management of the S company, the Petri net method was used to optimise the process. For the optimised serial process, the ESIA method was used to further optimise the MBOM change process optimisation plan. Finally, the MBOM management optimisation effect analysis and evaluation are carried out from two different dimensions of efficiency and cost, the total process time is used to determine the index of work efficiency. The total operating cost and personnel utilization rate are used as the indicator of cost improvement effect. The analysis results show that the optimisation scheme has greatly reduced working hours and costs, and has improved the level of enterprise information management. It also proved that the model is reasonable and effective. The research results in this topic have not only achieved significant results in the management optimisation of the S company MBOM,but also have good reference value for the optimisation and improvement of PDM MBOM management of related enterprises. This topic introduces the Petri net theory and the ESIA analysis method into the optimisation of PDM and MBOM,and expands the application fields of the Petri net and the ESIA analysis method.
