As the earliest light vehicle company with independent research and development capability in China,NAVECO relies on the strong technical strength of shareholders,and the market continues to expand.NAVECO used to run an ERP system with backward and less open.Now he wants to replace this backward system with an advanced SAP system.With the help of this new system,the basic accounting data can be timely,real and complete.Enterprise finance,development,sales,procurement,production,logistics and so on the synergy and integration of various resources This new system supports the improvement of enterprise management decision efficiency and effect.The project was required to be completed in 11 months,but actually it took 15 months,and the project cost increased greatly.This paper is based on the result of this SAP project was postponed.This paper systematically uses the knowledge of project management,and focuses on the schedule planning and management of SAP project.In the stage of project planning,we should make clear the scope of the project and selecting appropriate methods can be ensured.In the stage of project schedule control,by decomposing project objectives and setting project nodes,we take measures from organization,personnel,system and technology to ensure that the project is completed on schedule.This paper mainly completed the following three aspects of research work:(1)In order to successfully complete the SAP project,the theory and method of project schedule management are applied to this project.In the management method of Project we use WBS,task allocation matrix and other methods to carding the project,determine the scope of the project,construct the organizational structure,and decompose the project work.(2)Focus on the research on the schedule of SAP project,and prepare and analyze the schedule of the project.This part mainly uses gantt chart,CCM,milestone plan and other scientific tools to make the project schedule.(3)Focus on the schedule control method and process of SAP project,based on the result of project delay,we analyze three factors that affect project schedule control,and put forward the corresponding scheme.This paper expounds the basic theory and development status of large manufacturing software projects.This paper discusses the application of software schedule management in SAP project from the aspects of schedule planning,schedule control,and surrounding projects.Summarize the lessons that NAVECO needs to learn in software progress control.The experience of large manufacturing company N in software schedule control is worth learning.
