Up to now,Nanjing has opened 10 subway lines.Tthese ten lines are all ATO automatic operation mode,that is,there are drivers in the driver's room but the driver can not operate.Nanjing Metro Line 7 adopts UTO fully autonomous driving technology,for Nanjing's first driverless line.The construction of Line 7 can provide some support in alleviating traffic pressure and play a very large role,so as to promote the construction of new cities and enhance the capacity of related housing construction,to improve the urban environment and protect the ancient capital style to contribute to the sustainable development of the urban economy,to enhance the core position of Nanjing(for Jiangsu's first clear driverless line),its importance is self-evident.As one of the five core equipment systems(including Rolling Stock,Signalling system,Communication system,Platform screen door,Integrated supervision and control system)of the Signal System,it is a very important task to ensure the stable,reliable and continuous operation of its equipment,so as to ensure the safe driving of vehicles when driving.This paper focuses on how to improve the reliability of signal power supply system from the aspects of structure,configuration and control strategy in order to ensure that the signal system under the unmanned line can work continuously.First of all,the technical development of the rail transit signal power supply system is summarized,and the different research directions at home and abroad are explained.Then the basic composition of the signal power system of line 7 and the power supply configuration of the whole line are described.On the basis of detailed analysis of the working principle of the main components of signal power supply(power screen and UPS),the emphasis is on the design of power screen input switching,power screen output and distribution mode,UPS structure and battery selection.At the same time,taking the existing line single UPS configuration as an example,the advantages of the seven-line configuration of double UPS are analyzed,and the functional power reactive power control method is used to solve the phase and amplitude control problems of the dual UPS parallel machine,and then the parameter calculation is carried out for the main power electronic transformation.Finally,some suggestions are given to solve the possible failures in the actual engineering to ensure the improvement of the reliability of the signal power supply and the smooth opening of the driverless line.
