With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous growth of energy consumption,public buildings energy conservation has become a key direction in the field of building energy conservation The air-conditioning system operation,maintenance and management work is not effective,and the operation strategy cannot meet the building load demand in real time,which leads to high proportion of the air-conditioning system energy consumption in public building energy consumption.This research makes full use of the existing building data resources to solve the limitations of the acquisition method of the actual operation strategy of the building air conditioning system,and helps to strengthen the operation and maintenance management of the building air conditioning system,and optimize the operation strategy of the air conditioning system,and realize the purpose of energy saving of the building air conditioning system.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,equipment classification according to the characteristics of the air-conditioning system equipment,then branch classification according to the type,number and model of the equipment in that branch.In view of different branch types and considering the influence of factors such as equipment self-regulation and branch voltage fluctuation,this research puts forward the identification method of branch equipment on-off strategy,the identification method of operation number strategy and the identification method of operation combination strategy respectively.This method can realize the start-stop strategy identification of air-conditioning system equipment based on itemized measurement data,also helps managers understand the history and real-time operation status of air-conditioning system,and provide basis for optimizing the operation strategy of air-conditioning system equipment.Secondly,as one of the important control parameters of air-conditioning system operation and regulation,the temperature of chilled water supply is a subjective control parameter affected by time,outdoor environment,indoor load and other factors.In the engineering site,this parameter is mainly recorded manually or exported frequently by the staff,which makes it difficult to obtain information or missing information.Therefore,the relationship between the chilled water supply temperature and the air conditioning system's itemized measurement data and outdoor environmental data was established by using the substitution expression method of the chilled water supply temperature coefficient,and then the relationship between the data was mined by using the limit learning machine algorithm to establish the strategy identification model of the chilled water supply temperature of the air conditioning system.The model predictsthe water supply temperature strategy of the chilled water of the air conditioning system through the energy consumption data measured separately and the outdoor environment data,and the accuracy can reach more than 90%,which can realize that the water supply temperature strategy of the chilled water of the air conditioning system can be obtained without the field constraints.Finally,in view of the equipped with building itemized metering system is used to identify the air conditioning system operation strategy of the project instance application demonstration,get the air conditioning system of the whole year nine stage equipment operation strategy,and points out that the system exists abnormal branch equipment on-off and cooling tower equipment diling during heating period and transition period as optimization problems such as air conditioning system equipment operation strategy and operational management direction.The paper has 37 pictures,31 tables,and 68 references.
