Abstract/Summary:
This project is from the cold and heat power supply project of Shanxi Ruiguang Power Plant to Taiyuan Wusu Airport.The hot water produced by Ruiguang Power Plant provides heat source for the hot water type lithium bromide refrigeration unit of Wusu Airport after long-distance transportation.The long-distance direct supply cooling system has strong coupling and large lag,and the characteristics of the system are not complete.Mastered,so the degree of automation is not high,still in the manual adjustment stage,and needs further exploration.Firstly,the process flow of the long-distance direct supply and cooling system and the characteristics of the equipment in the cooling system are introduced.The heat coupling relationship between the chilled water,the cooling water and the hot water network is analyzed.The field operation data is filtered and filled with linear interpolation.The low-order difference method,wavelet threshold denoising,five-point three-time smoothing preprocesses the field operation data;the least squares method is used to identify the parameters of the cooling water system,the hot water system and the hot water following the chilled water system model.Secondly,the heat transfer mechanism between each system is analyzed.The follow-up control scheme of the hot water following the cooling water and the cooling water following the hot water is proposed.The simulation scheme of the control scheme is built on the MATLAB/Simulink platform,and the anti-jamming simulation research is carried out.The results show that the dynamic performance of the hot water network following the cooling water control scheme is better.On the basis of this,the robustness simulation study of the hot water following the cooling water control system is carried out when the load changes and the model mismatch are further carried out.The system has good robustness.
