Research On Urban Energy Internet Architecture And Operation Plan

Urban energy interconnection has the characteristics including maneuverability,genera lizability and replicability;it offers intergrated solutions for the co-ordinaton of energy,economic and environment.Urban energy interconnection can break the bottleneck of urbanization development,and creat the beneficial conditions for the smart grid going-out strategy and promoting the construction and implementation of global energy interconnection strategy.Currently,urban energy interconnection is just at the beginning stage,a further study on its connotation,framework,and practical route is necessary.Firstly,this topic has sorted out the current state of energy interconnection in and abroad.Secondly,we est ablished the incidence analysis model based on the relationship between urban development and energy system.With the critical index for expressing urban energy development and international experiences,we can assess the tendency of urban energy transformation.Then,we analyzed the advantages and potential of promoting electric centricity in two ways: electricity attribute and alternative energy.The future energy system of Tianjin will be electric-centered based on the scenario analyses of energy transformation and urban development forecasting.Electric-centered urban energy interconnection will become the base platform for carrying the energy transformation of Tianjin.This topic expounded the basic theory,construction procedure and typical case of electric-centered urban energy inter connection from several respects including its connotation,position,composition,framework,key technology,etc.We came up with an action plan for Tianjin energy interconnecti on combined with Tianjin strategic positioning,which aims at completing the energy transformation through developing environmental friendly energy and smart grid construction.In order to transform Tianjin energy system,this plan should take alternative energy and business model innovation as the basic approach.At last,we offered several policy suggestions and recommendations for promoting urban energy interconnection.
