As the driving speed of automobiles continues to increase,people have put forward higher requirements on the handling stability of automobiles.The suspension is an important part of the vehicle driving system,which has a great influence on the handling stability of the vehicle.The kinematics of the suspension has an important influence on the performance of the suspension.This article relies on a certain company's chassis adjustment project,and takes the front and rear suspension of the car as the research object of this paper to study the kinematic characteristics of the front and rear suspension of the vehicle.First of all,starting from the kinematics performance of the suspension and the handling stability of the vehicle,the domestic and foreign research status is summarized.Combined with the multi-body kinematics principle and ADAMS software,the dynamic model of the front and rear suspensions is established,and the left and right wheel excitation tests are used to analyze the changes of the suspension kinematics performance parameters.Then,according to the sensitivity analysis method and the test optimization design method,combined with the optimization design module ISIGHT,the multi-objective test optimization design of the suspension hard point is carried out,and then the combination of the change of the suspension performance optimization is compared to analyze the optimization Better performance.Based on ADAMS/Car,sub-systems such as body system,power assembly and brake were created respectively,and vehicle models before and after optimization were built.According to GB / T6323-2014,the whole vehicle model was made four vehicle steering stability tests including steady-state rotation,snake simulation,steering wheel angle step and steering wheel pulse input were used to evaluate the vehicle steering stability based on the test,and the vehicle stability after optimization of front and rear suspensions was obtained.The performance is improved,proving the feasibility of the optimization scheme of the front and rear suspension systems.This paper studies and analyzes the impact of suspension system on vehicle stability through virtual prototype technology,and provides a reference for the suspension system adjustment in the chassis of the car.
