As an indispensable and important resource in human society,water resources are an important condition for the existence of life on earth.Despite its vast territory and the fourth largest total water resources in the world,China's per capita freshwater resources rank more than 100 in the world,and it is one of the 26 countries in the world with severe water shortages.Solving the lack of water resources has always been a social hotspot One of the problems.The air contains a lot of water resources,but it is not well utilized because of the existing low efficiency.To this end,this paper combined with the development of water resources and air intake,proposed a semiconductor cooling air intake device and conducted in-depth experimental research.This paper,combined with the principle of air-cooled dew condensation,an experimental platform of semiconductor cooling air water intake system is built by using semiconductor refrigeration chips.A preliminary experiment was conducted to investigate: under 60%,70%,80% and 90% relative humidity conditions and 30 m3/h,50 m3/h and 70 m3/h inlet air flow conditions,the device condenses the water production from the atmosphere.experiment.This article focuses on the optimization and improvement of the experimental platform of the semiconductor cooling air water intake system.In analyzing the various factors that affect the water production of the experimental platform,it focuses on improving the heat dissipation problem of the semiconductor cooling plate hot end and the micro condensation problem of the cold end fin.A return air structure is built on the hot end of the cooling fin so that the low temperature cold end exhaust gas can be reused on the hot fin fins to enhance the heat dissipation effect.The nano sio2 dispersion liquid is used to construct a hydrophobic surface on the cooling fin condensation fins to enhance the heat transfer coefficient of the condensation surface.By testing the optimized experimental platform,the water production has increased by about 50% in different atmospheric environments.
