Design Of Vertical Double Door Refrigeration Showcase

With the improvement of people’s living standard,the beverage industry is developing very fast.As an important carrier of cold storage,refrigerated display has double functions of cold storage and display.The beverage stored in refrigerated display cabinet tastes better.At the same time,the beverage will be presented to consumers through the display,Excellent display to enable consumers to produce the impulse to buy,for beverage maker,refrigerated display cabinet is an important promotional tool.Study on the design method of double vertical refrigerated display cabinet through analysis of the refrigerated display cabinet standard requirements and user needs.Research the design method of refrigerated showcase cabinet body,refrigeration system and selection method of the main components of the showcase;Focusing on processing method of the condensed water which is bad influence on the showcase’s display effect and safety performance.The glass door and the evaporator will produce condensed water.For the glass door,using molecular sieve adsorption water to prevent condensation on the hollow sandwich of the glass door,and using air curtain to prevent condensation on the outside of the glass door,and optimized the air curtain by experiment.For the evaporator,collect the condensed water,and evaporate it.In this paper,the production of condensed water from evaporator is determined by calculation.Designed a water box and evaporating dish,use the refrigeration showcase cabinet’s structure and performance characteristics,use the heat produced by the condenser evaporate the water produced by the evaporator,using Star CCM + software on the evaporation process simulation.Based on the simulation results,the optimization design of the air duct is carried out.The refrigerated display cabinet was tested,according to the requirements of the standard,and the performance of the display cabinet was achieved through the improvement of design.
