Smart grid and ubiquitous electric power internet of things,as the next generation electric power network, can provide consumers with reliable, safe and high-quality electric power business.Due to the ubiquitous access requirements of power terminals, wireless communication networks have been widely used in power grid communications in recent years. However, the massive growth of access equipment and increasing service requirements have brought great challenges to wireless communication in the power grid neighborhood area network. To ensure the quality of service, this thesis discuss the spectrum resource allocation method for reliability-oriented service transmission.First, focus on the high cost of leased spectrum and the unreasonable utilization of cognitive spectrum resources,a spectrum allocation method for smart grid neighborhood area networks based on dynamic channel reservation is proposed to improve spectrum utilization and reduce cognitive radio technology cost of leased spectrum.Secondly, focus on the uneven load of heterogeneous technology services in the neighborhood area network,a spectrum allocation method for heterogeneous networks in the neighborhood area of a smart grid based on load balancing is proposed.Specifically,1)Research on the spectrum allocation method of the smart grid neighborhood area network based on dynamic channel reservation.First, this method classifies services according to reliability requirements, and secures high-priority services by preempting communication resources through high-priority services.Reliable services can communicate normally.Second, the cognitive radio method is used to enable services to access the idle spectrum for communication, and the number of spectrum switching in the system is estimated by Bayesian estimation,so that the number of reserved spectrum is dynamically calculated. Finally,by using a three-dimensional Markov chain to describe the spectrum switching process, the blocking rate and call drop rate of various services under a steady-state distribution are calculated, and the minimum number of spectrum leased by the system that meets the preset reliability requirements is obtained, achieved the purpose to save spectrum resources and reduce leased spectrum.2)Based on load balancing of heterogeneous network spectrum resource allocation methods, first consider the differentiated demand for communication bandwidth of grid services and the phenomenon of load imbalance in heterogeneous networks, and establish a comprehensive consideration of the degree of load balancing and services A multi-objective optimization model of transmission rate and an improved genetic algorithm are proposed to solve it.By changing the crossover and mutation of genetic operators, the final network access and bandwidth allocation strategy is efficiently obtained..In summary, this thesis proposes a smart grid neighborhood area network spectrum allocation method based on dynamic channel reservation and a smart grid neighborhood area heterogeneous network spectrum based on load balancing in response to the high demand for communication service reliability in the smart grid neighborhood area network. The allocation method realizes the efficient allocation of spectrum resources while ensuring the reliability requirements of real-time services.
