The electric power construction has the obvious pull function to the national social economy.With the rapid and high-quality development of China’s economy,there is a new demand for electricity supply from west to east and from north to south.In order to meet the needs of national economic and social development,the state has further accelerated the progress of electric power construction,increased investment,and further promoted the development of upstream and downstream industrial chains through electric power construction projects.In order to ensure the service life of transmission line iron tower in normal environment,it usually needs to treat the tower structure by acid pickling and galvanizing and other anticorrosive processes.However,with the concept of green development deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,the continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements,the increasingly strict supervision of environmental pollution,high pollution,high energy consumption of traditional transmission line tower manufacturing enterprises are facing great challenges.The use of environmentally friendly weatherproof steel in transmission line engineering will greatly reduce the production of toxic and harmful industrial waste in the process of tower manufacturing,operation and maintenance.It is of great practical significance to strengthen environmental protection and promote the upgrading of electric power construction technology.In this thesis,the application of weatherproof steel in transmission line engineering at home and abroad is comprehensively collected.Based on the integrated application technology of environmental protection type weatherproof transmission tower green design platform,the reserved thickness,section characteristic calculation and axial compression stability of cold-formed weatherproof angle steel are studied.A type 2E2-SJ2-18 tower is designed and manufactured by the integrated application technology of green design platform of environmental protection type weatherproof transmission tower.The mechanics model of the cold-formed weatherproof angle steel transmission tower is established,and the displacement and stress analysis under typical working conditions are carried out by using finite element analysis software Ansys.With the cooperation of power engineering design and test companies,the prototype experiment of the transmission tower of weathering steel is carried out.The deformation and stress of the tower under the corresponding load conditions are tested,and the results of finiteelement analysis and test are compared and analyzed.The calculation and test results show that the overall stiffness and strength of the tower can meet the specifications and engineering requirements,and can be applied to the actual transmission line engineering.
