Vehicle operating condition is an important basis for evaluating vehicle pollution emission level and fuel consumption level.The current laws and regulations in China mainly refer to the driving conditions in Europe,which can not reflect the actual road conditions and vehicle driving conditions in China.Therefore,it is of great significance to construct the road running condition of motor vehicles according to the actual running condition of vehicles in China.This paper takes the construction of typical driving conditions in Jinan city as the goal,and focuses on the following work:1.Data collection method: according to the working condition of data acquisition in the process of building there is a small amount of data and collect data of vehicle is strong subjectivity,adopt autonomous driving test method,and based on the vehicle CAN communication protocol real-time read the vehicles OBD port data to obtain the basic data,based on GPS and other earth coordinates,obtained the vehicle based on GPRS technology to realize the data real-time transmission,access to a great extent the real vehicle real road data;Accumulatively collected 1,857,500 km of light vehicle actual road traffic data.More than 1000 questionnaires were obtained through field investigation,and the behavior characteristics of vehicles,air conditioning and passenger carrying were obtained through analysis.2.Data analysis method: a data processing method combining short stroke analysis method and classification method is adopted.Through the monthly stability analysis of the data,the light vehicle operation data in the stable month is determined to be selected for the construction of working conditions.For the equipment in the process of data collection of unstable factors such as the problem of abnormal data of the rule set contains the rules of operation time and acceleration,speed,average ratio rules,the idle time rules and data loss rate of short stroke filters used for control over the quality of data,ensure the rationality and validity of the condition to build the data;In view of the large amount of original data,the principal component analysis(pca)method was used to reduce the dimension of data,which greatly reduced the complexity of data processing on the premise of losing as little data as possible.In view of the fact that the results of k-means clustering analysis method are easy to fall into local optimality and the calculation complexity of FCM clustering method is high,the clustering analysis method based on the combination of k-means and FCM was innovatively proposed,and finally the driving condition was synthesized for calculation and realization.3.The working condition of construction: to build the jinan JNTC light vehicle driving Cycle(Ji Nan Test Cycle),the working condition of these three speed range,11 12 idle motion clips and fragments,working condition of a total of 1800 seconds long,and compared the difference between the JNTC and working condition of WLTC and other laws and regulations and working condition of each characteristic parameters and the different characteristics of jinan light vehicle driving Cycle,JNTC average speed(26.2 km/h)and WLTC(46.5 km/h)by 77.48%;The ratio of idle speed of JNTC(25.56%)is 49.14% different from that of global operating condition(13%).The maximum speed of JNTC(105.3km/h)is 24.69% different from that of WLTC(131.3km/h).In addition,this study compares the differences between JNTC and other regulatory working conditions and the differences between the characteristic parameters of each working condition and the actual working conditions in China.The results show that the JNTC working conditions have a high consistency with the collected data,and the operating conditions such as NEDC,FTP75 and WLTC have a large deviation from the actual working conditions in China.
