| Urban rail transit engineering is a large engineering complex with high technical complexity,large capital investment,wide construction scope,multiple influences,and high operational requirements.Therefore,urban rail transit engineering has many uncertain factors and low safety and reliability.And many accident-induced factors.Relying on Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission’s local college capacity building project "Urban Rail Transit Shield System Operation Safety Technology System Construction and Application Research",the Shanghai Metro Line 18 Shenmei Road Station is researched through theoretical analysis,field tests,and data collation.Analyze and research the shield tunnel section of Fanrong Road Station,and carry out research on the safety evaluation technology of shield tunnel construction,as follows:(1)By using data analysis,technical standards,safety regulations and other methods to study the safety factors of the shield construction interval,the shield construction safety index system is divided into four levels,namely,one target layer and five first-level factors Layer,12 second-level factor layers,and 60 third-level indicator layers.At the same time,the evaluation scale and control standard value of each third-level indicator layer are given to build a shield construction safety index system.(2)Based on the idea of tandem effect,establish a safety evaluation model for shield construction.The model includes a general evaluation formula,a two-level factor layer formula,and a three-level index layer formula.According to the implementation steps of the safety evaluation model,the specific detection data is quantified through certain rules and standards,and then substituted into the model to calculate the result of the overall evaluation formula F.When F is 1,it is determined to be safe,and when F is When 0,it is determined to be unsafe.(3)Use Lab VIEW to build a practical evaluation system for shield construction safety.Aiming at the entire shield construction process,based on the above-mentioned safety index system and safety evaluation model,a Lab VIEW program was written to establish a shield construction safety evaluation system.Based on the above-mentioned safety index system,safety evaluation model,and safety evaluation system,a complete shield construction safety evaluation technology is constructed.This technology can be used by front-line employees for practical operations,and specificdata for shield construction is used to evaluate whether shield construction is in The safety status gives the enterprise a practical evaluation system for the safety of shield construction,and at the same time provides a reference for similar engineering practices in the future. |
