Today's rapid economic development,the available construction area is becoming more and more tight,and the requirements for bridge construction are becoming higher and higher.The application of prefabricated technology in the pier column system has eased the tension.Since its development in China,with its efficient construction advantages,it has been widely used in non-seismic areas and low-intensity areas.In the prefabricated pier column system,as a common connection form,the socket connection is an important link to ensure the safety of the bridge.Therefore,the study of the mechanical properties of its connection mode is particularly important.However,the application of prefabricated pier column system in the middle and high intensity areas still faces many problems,and further research on its seismic performance is needed.Based on this,the following work is performed:1.Adopting the design concept of "equivalent cast-in-place" prefabricated pier columns,taking the reasonable connection method of prefabricated pipe pier and the cap as the research object,focusing on the insertion depth,axial compression ratio,reinforcement ratio,and thick Ness of the cap floor as test parameters.The forward and eccentric loading and horizontal reciprocating loading are used to simulate the seismic characteristics to study its performance.Through the test,the law of crack generation and development near the joints of the specimens,the failure mode of the joints,and the bending bearing capacity were obtained under different parameters.2.In this paper,the characteristics of the precast pier column system and the failure modes and calculation methods are studied.The test results are co MPared and analyzed.The characteristics of the socket connection method and the influence of various influencing parameters on the bending bearing capacity of the connection are analyzed.The finite element analysis software is used to simulate and analyze the prefabricated components,and the parameters of the prefabricated pipe-pier connection system are calculated and analyzed.3.Based on the experimental results and combined with the results of finite element analysis,this paper further studies the mechanical properties of the connection between the socket-type centrifugal pipe piers and the platform.It was found that the bearing performance of socket-type precast pipe piers is similar to that of cast-in-situ pipe piers,and the ultimate embedding depth of socket-type centrifugal pipe piers was summarized.The axial compression ratio,reinforcement ratio and floor thick Ness of socket-type centrifugal pipe piers were summarized.The i MPact of the prefabricated pier column system provides reference for new topics such as higher seismic requirements,higher rigidity requirements,and faster and environmentally friendly construction requirements.
