Research On The Quality Control Method Of FWD 6-speed Automatic Transmission Assembly Line

The automatic transmission has been developed for more than 80 years,but the domestic automatic transmission has entered a period of rapid development,which is still nearly a decade.At present,there is still a gap with the world's advanced level.Some domestic automobile companies have invested a lot of resources to the development and industrialization of automatic transmissions,and have made certain achievements.Especially in terms of product development.With the increase in the number of domestic development engineers and personnel levels,and there are many external design consulting companies to assist,More and more domestic companies have developed automatic transmissions,categories include AT,DCT,CVT,AMT.In terms of industrialization,the gap is obvious.The production line planning and design rely on foreign talents and equipment suppliers,and the product quality is lower than the world advanced level.It is the most basic function of the production line to complete product assembly.How to ensure assembly quality is the real difficulty.Identify risk points during the whole process of parts transportation,assembly process,and finished product testing,and adopt appropriate control methods.This article will explain the product structure and production process and production equipment of AT,and focus on production line quality control methods.This paper is based on the actual production requirements,the comprehensive use of various quality assurance technology methods and quality tools.(1)Describe the situation of automatic transmissions at home and abroad.It has been more than 80 years since the mass production of automatic transmissions in 1939,but the Chinese automobile industry started late,especially the automatic transmission is a short board in the Chinese automobile industry.Around 2010,relatively mature self-owned brand automatic transmissions were put on the market.(2)Analyze the structure and principle of the product.According to the quality cost model,process failure mode and consequence analysis and other theoretical basis.Formulate process plan and output related process documents.(3)According to the AT assembly line construction process,analyze the quality control points and methods at each stage.There are many quality control methods can be used,such as visual inspection system,parts installation sequence error prevention,missing installation wrong installation,etc.,and quality control tools such as Statistical Process Control,Measurement Systems Analysis,and process capability index.(4)Describe the EOL test bench,which simulates the actual working conditions of the entire vehicle.It can test the performance of AT,including transmission efficiency,transmission gear ratio,noise,shift quality,etc.,All the products must be 100% test by EOL test bench before being delivered in order to offer a scientific and secure guaranty for the quality.
