With the promulgation of the outline of building a powerful transportation country by the State Council,China’s transportation industry will be further developed in the future,and large-scale construction of all kinds of transportation infrastructure will continue.As the core of construction project management,scientific and reasonable construction plan can ensure the smooth development of construction project and bring good economic and social benefits.During the preparation of construction plan,the factors usually considered are construction period,cost and quality.However,the construction project itself is an activity with high safety risk.The inherent complexity,uncertainty and dynamics of the transportation construction project put forward higher requirements for the safety performance of the construction project.At present,the research on the optimization of multi-objective construction scheduling still focuses on the traditional three objectives of construction period,cost and quality.At the same time,the related research on the safety performance of construction projects has not realized the application of its research results in the process of construction scheduling optimization.In view of this problem,this study brings safety factors into the construction scheduling process,and studies the optimization of multi-objective construction scheduling of transportation construction project under resource constraints,mainly including the following parts:(1)Literature review and development trend analysis.Based on the literature review and summary of construction safety performance and multi-objective construction scheduling optimization,the paper points out the shortcomings of the existing research,and plans the main research content of this study.(2)Construction of RC-TCQST model.Based on the most widely used network planning method in the field of construction,considering resource constraints and multiple construction modes,and aiming at the realization of time cost quality safety trade-off analysis,this paper constructs a multi-objective construction scheduling optimization model of transportation construction under resource constraints.(3)Design of INSGA3-LP algorithm.According to the characteristics of multi-objective optimization in RC-TCQST model,this paper discusses various kinds of commonly used multi-objective optimization algorithms and their defects in solving large-scale multi-objective optimization problems.Taking NSGA-Ⅲ algorithm with higher quality as the basic algorithm,considering the relationship between resource constraints and logic constraints in RC-TCQST model,and the characteristics of linear constraints in logic constraints,this paper improves the normalization process of NSGA-Ⅲ algorithm,and the INSGA3-LP algorithm is designed and proposed.(4)Case study.First of all,the applicability of NSGA-Ⅲ algorithm is analyzed by selecting a previous construction case.Secondly,the validity of RC-TCQST model and INSGA3-LP algorithm is verified on the basis of reasonable transformation of the case.The model outputs the time,cost,quality,safety trade-off value and visualization results under different construction modes.Specifically,it includes the trade-off relationship of any target among the four targets,as well as the construction schedule and resource utilization histogram under any combination of construction modes.Based on the case analysis of two scenarios,the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm is illustrated.
