‘Last kilometer’ unmanned distribution service mode,represented by Fengchao self delivery cabinet and single capacity unmanned distribution vehicle,is a hot research and application in the field of unmanned distribution.Aiming at the main service object of urban small area with high user clustering,constant demand and good road condition,this thesis proposes a multi vehicle unmanned distribution mode called ‘mobile self delivery’.From the planning and optimization of distribution route and the design of management platform,it further optimizes the user experience and business process in the ‘last kilometer’ express delivery process.This thesis first designs the framework of system service flow and software and hardware platform,and then defines the core mathematical problem of distribution scheme solution as a ‘multi vehicle routing optimization problem with capacity and time constraints’ based on service strategy,and describes,defines and statically models it,and tries to solve accurately and heuristic genetic algorithm respectively,and gives the results Analysis.In addition,combined with the system requirements,the function analysis and design of the unmanned distribution vehicle,vehicle cabinet and other auxiliary hardware,combined with the user interaction mechanism,the user interface and associated structure are briefly designed to serve the realization of relevant business processes.On the whole,this thesis makes a detailed process design and solution analysis of the ‘mobile self delivery’ mode of unmanned distribution,verifies the feasibility of the solution tool,and puts forward the hardware equipment and user interface design that can provide reference for further technical research and development.Through the reading and research work of related literature,it is clear that this kind of unmanned distribution mode is feasible and practical,and the algorithm designed can solve similar problems of a certain scale,and has better optimization results.The service and control platform based on this mode has the possibility and value of in-depth research and application,and the relevant process and user experience is a new attempt compared with the existing end-user mode.There are 42 figures,19 tables and 60 references in this thesis.
