In the context of the continuous advancement of the global urbanization development process and China’s economic development entering a new stage,China’s urbanization development process is accelerating,and the city’s spatial scope and functional impact are further extended outward,making the urban economic development mode and industrial structure continuously optimized Adjustment.With the continuous expansion of consumer demand,problems such as traffic congestion,exhaust emissions and noise pollution in cities are becoming more and more serious.The transportation of goods within the city is an important guarantee for the economic and social operation of the city.In order to solve the traffic congestion,many large cities even restrict the entry of large trucks into the central urban area in the form of regulations,resulting in the unmet demand for freight within the city.Railway transportation has the advantages of large transportation volume,safety and environmental protection,and large cities have a perfect railway transportation network,which can provide development opportunities for the development of annular railway freight trains in cities.On the basis of the above,this paper has carried out studies on the following aspects of the development of freight annular trains in large cities.(1)By analyzing the basic connotation and classification of railway freight trains,the basic definition and characteristics of circular trains are analyzed,the research scope of this article is clarified,and the development of railway freight annular trains is an effective way to solve the problem of road freight restrictions in cities Means is an innovative measure to realize the modernization and upgrading of railway freight transportation,and a fundamental way to realize centralized management of railway freight transportation.And according to the opening range,the direction of travel,the number of circles,the number of stops,whether to pick up vehicles on the way,etc.,the city annular trains will be classified into different modes,and the applicable conditions under different modes will be pointed out.(2)Analyzed the basic content of the railway freight annular train operation plan such as the operation section,train type,grouping content,etc.At the same time,considering the influencing factors such as the transportation network,cargo source organization,transportation cost,etc.Scheme model.A two-stage model of freight annular operation scheme was constructed.In the first stage,the alternative sets of the stop schedule plan is identified.The origin,destination and stopping pattern of freight annular trains are determined,taking into account transportation costs,transportation capacity,freight demand,and other factors.Eliminate unreasonable options to reduce the scale of the problem,and use the enumeration method to list a reasonable set of train alternatives.In the second stage,a model of the operation scheme of freight annular trains was established as an objective function of minimum operating costs for rail transport enterprises,using constraints such as carrying capacity of the block section,demand satisfaction,train assignment and formation.The genetic algorithm was used to solve the model.(3)Taking Beijing as an example,based on the current situation of Beijing’s railway network,the idea of designing annular freight trains was established.Based on the node functions of each railway station,freight flow requirements,and traffic road network connection,etc.,Fengtai West Station and Shuangqiao Station were determined as start point.At the starting point,three types of 8 types of railway freight trains,including large station stop mode,large station with small station mode,and station stop mode were designed to verify the effectiveness of the model.There are 19 pictures,15 tables and 64 references.
