With the continuous development of advanced technology,the speed of the train is increasing,and the train system is becoming more and more complex.As the most modern mobile equipment,the high-speed train plays a key role in the high-speed railway.The reliability of the high-speed train is directly related to the stable operation of the train and the safety of the life and property of passengers.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the reliability of high-speed train for the future development of high-speed railway.In view of the defects of neglecting the interaction between system components in the traditional reliability analysis of high-speed train system,this paper analyzes the structural characteristics of the system and establishes the coupling network model based on the high-speed train system,and puts forward the identification method of key components of high-speed train system from three aspects of functional importance,structural importance and major impact of faults,Considering the interoperability between components,based on the theory of network propagation dynamics,a reliability calculation model of high-speed train system is proposed.The specific research results are as follows:(1)The coupling network model construction method and key component identification method of high-speed train system are proposed.On the basis of component analysis of high-speed train system,the connection relationship between components of high-speed train is studied,and a coupling network model based on mechanical,electrical and information connection is constructed.On the basis of different connections,the characteristics of mechanical,electrical and information connections are analyzed,and the identification method of key components of high-speed train system is studied and proposed.(2)The interoperability of high-speed train components for network system is studiedThis paper defines the interoperability of nodes in the network system,and studies the influence of component attributes and topological connections on the interoperability between different components.Based on the gravity model,the interoperability model of high-speed train components is constructed.(3)The reliability calculation model of high-speed train network system considering component interoperability is constructed.On the basis of fault data,the reliability of key components is analyzed;on the basis of classical propagation dynamics theory of complex network,the propagation dynamics process of coupling network is studied,and the reliability calculation model of high-speed train system considering component interoperability is constructed.(4)Case studyOn the basis of on-site investigation and analysis,a case study model of high-speed train traction system composed of 24 components is established;on the basis of topological connection,a coupling network model of high-speed train traction system is constructed,which comprehensively identifies the key components in the high-speed train traction system from the mechanical,electrical and information perspectives;according to the built interoperability calculation Finally,on the basis of the fault data obtained in the investigation,the reliability of the key components of the high-speed train traction system is calculated.MATLAB is used to simulate the reliability calculation model of the high-speed train coupling network system considering the component interoperability,and the reliability of the high-speed train system under different operating mileage is calculated.
