High voltage pulse power supply is a kind of power supply with very high output voltage and very narrow pulse width,which is widely used in rail transit,industry,bioelectromagnetics and other aspects.Its development direction is high efficiency,narrow pulse width,high repetition frequency and fast rising edge.In this thesis,the topology circuit and control strategy of high voltage pulse power supply are studied,and an improved Marx high voltage pulse power supply scheme is designed.Based on the structure and working principle of the high voltage pulse power supply,a two-stage high voltage pulse power supply is designed,which is composed of a DC stabilized voltage source and a Marx pulse forming circuit.In the first stage of DC stabilized voltage source,a stabilized voltage source scheme composed of Boost APFC circuit and DC-DC half-bridge converter is designed,and the design method of magnetic devices(high frequency transformer and inductor)is given.A PI control method based on PWM modulator is proposed to realize the constant voltage and current limiting control of DC stabilized voltage source.The simulation model of Boost APFC and half-bridge converter is established,and the correctness of the scheme is verified by simulation.In the second stage of the Marx pulse forming circuit,the current type Marx generator model is established.The boost effect brought by inductor is studied,and the formula of inductor and output voltage in continuous conduction mode is derived.Then,the main circuit and driving control circuit of four-stage Marx generator are designed.The simulation results show that the output pulse voltage amplitude of Marx generator is consistent with the theoretical value,which verifies the correctness of the formula and the feasibility of Marx pulse forming circuit.The experiment prototype of Marx high voltage pulse power supply is built.And the experiment shows that the output of DC stabilized voltage source and Marx high voltage pulse meet the design requirements.Therefore,it is verified that the design of Marx high voltage pulse power supply is correct.To sum up,in this thesis,there are 79 figures,10 tables and 62 references.
