High-voltage pulse source is of great practical value in the regions of military and civil services,etc.However,during its development there are many bottlenecks.Based on the traditional high-voltage pulse generator system,a new scheme is proposed.The LCC resonant converter is designed as charging power supply,and the all-solid-state Marx is used as pulse formation circuit.At the same time,the pulse shaping circuit is optimized based on the steepness circuit of the magnetic switch.In the study of pulse formation circuit,the traditional Marx type generator has a simple structure,and is low in efficiency.Besides,it has certain disadvantages,such as limited adjustable range of pulse frequency.So,the working characteristics of all-solid-state Marx generator are analyzed in this paper.And two types of all-solid-state Marx generators are analyzed and compared by simulation,and it is proved that the all-solid-state Marx type generator can improve the range of pulse repetition frequ ency and pulse width.In the following,the key factors,which influence the pulse front,are analyzed.In order to reduce the current stress of the switch,the working characteristics of the LCC resonator mode are deeply studied under the no-load,and the mathematical functions of the key parameters in each state are deduced.The resonant elements are calculated and selected.The efficiency and soft switching characteristics of the charging circuit are verified by simulation and prototype.In the study of pulse steepness circuit,the principle and characteristics of the direct stepping circuit of magnetic switch are analyzed.Following the system function requirements,the equivalent model of the magnetic switch is established after the selection the parameters and cores.At the same time,the steepness performance of the magnetic switch is verified by simulation,and steepness performance is analyzed based on the load?saturate inductance and input voltage.The experiment with the prototype proves correctness and effectiveness of the proposed scheme.Besides,the frequency and the voltage amplitude can be adjusted.
