With the continuous development of science and technology and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the continuous expansion of the urban transportation road network,regional congestion has become the norm.Regional signal control is an effective way to solve congestion.The sub-zone division of regional traffic signal control is the basis for performing regional control on a large-scale urban road network.The zone plan greatly reduces the real-time response capability of the signal control system.Aiming at the problems of traffic congestion and low operating capacity,this paper introduces a new intelligent city traffic control scheme recommendation system,which is used to recommend intersection signal control schemes in real time to alleviate traffic congestion.main tasks as follows:(1)The dynamic division method of traffic sub-zones based on intersection relevance is expounded.Firstly,the traffic sub-zones are divided statically according to the principle of maximum and minimum.Through the analysis of the influencing factors of adjacent intersections,the calculation method of intersection relevance is obtained.Based on the correlation degree of intersections,combined with the short-term traffic prediction method,the dynamic division of traffic sub-areas is realized.(2)An area control scheme based on sub-area similarity is proposed.First,a historical dynamic sub-area database is constructed based on historical traffic flow data,and a calculation method of sub-area similarity is proposed based on the analysis of static similarity and dynamic similarity of intersections Build a dynamic sub-region similarity calculation model,based on the calculation of the similarity between the dynamically divided sub-regions and the historical dynamic sub-region database,get the matching control sub-region and signal control scheme.(3)A traffic scheme recommendation system based on sub-region similarity was designed.The main components of the recommendation system were analyzed.Adynamic sub-region database was constructed by clustering analysis algorithm.A short-term traffic prediction model was constructed by wavelet neural network.Area,through the collaborative filtering algorithm to recommend sub-area signal control schemes in real time.Finally,a comparative experiment is carried out on the control schemes based on the similarity of sub-zones,and it is verified that the signal control scheme in this paper can effectively improve the speed and efficiency of vehicles during peak traffic hours,and relieve the pressure on roads during peak hours.
