| The sedimentation rate of red blood cells,referred to as erythrocyte sedimentation rate,is an important test parameter in clinical medicine.Hematocrit refers to the volume ratio of red blood cells to whole blood after a certain amount of anticoagulant blood is accumulated.The hematocrit value can indirectly reflect the number of red blood cells in the blood,which is helpful for the morphological classification of anemia detection.The international blood standardization committee recommends the weihler method as the standard method for the determination of blood sedimentation.The traditional weihler method requires manual detection,including manual sampling,reading recording and so on.With the development of modern medical treatment and the increasing demand for medical and health services,it is difficult to guarantee the quality and efficiency of the traditional manual weihler method.Therefore,it is necessary to design a detection device that can automatically measure blood sedimentation by combining computer technology,sensor detection and other technologies,so as to improve the detection efficiency of blood sedimentation detection and ensure the measurement accuracy of blood sedimentation detection results.Based on this research background,this paper studied and designed a set of intelligent network dynamic blood sedimentation and hematocrit detection instrument,which can carry out automatic dynamic detection of blood sedimentation value and the detection of hematocrit value.Firstly,this paper introduces the principle of hierarchical principle of blood and red blood cell boundary surface detection,on the surface of the red blood cell boundary detection model is established based on the detection principle,combined with detection model to elaborate on the surface of the red blood cell boundary detection method,as well as the blood sedimentation value and red blood cell pressure product testing and calculation method of relevant specification.Secondly,this paper proposes a fast type blood sedimentation value detection method and the sedimentation value of temperature compensation algorithm,fast type blood sedimentation value detection method is an indirect measuring method,1 hour to traditional westergren method to detect duration reduced to 20 minutes,by combining least square method and BP neural network model for quick type blood sedimentation detection algorithm design,20 minutes will be detected by the settlement value mapping to 1 hour westergren blood sedimentation value,while guarantee the accuracy of measurement further shorten the measuring time.The value of erythrocyte sedimentation is easily affected by the ambient temperature.The standard ambient temperaturevalue for the detection of erythrocyte sedimentation is 18 ℃ according to the weihler method.In order to reduce the influence of temperature changes on the results of blood sedimentation,this paper designs a temperature compensation algorithm for blood sedimentation based on laguerre polynomials,which further improves the measurement accuracy of blood sedimentation.Then this paper designed a set of measuring device for blood sedimentation and hematocrit.The measuring device is composed of mechanical structure and multiple functional modules.Through the hardware circuit design and software program design of the functional modules,the detection of erythrocyte boundary surface and erythrocyte sedimentation distance is realized.After the blood sample is centrifuged,the hematocrit measurement can be performed in the hematocrit test mode of the measuring device.The measuring device combines the quick blood sedimentation detection algorithm and the temperature compensation algorithm of blood sedimentation value in this paper to design the detection system of blood sedimentation and hematocrit analyzer,realizing the intelligent detection of blood sedimentation value and hematocrit value.Finally,this paper realizes the networking of the detection system based on Ethernet communication technology,which can transmit relevant data to the query page developed based on the WEB server for query.The querable data include: patient number data,results of erythrocyte sedimentation rate and hematocrit test,dynamic sedimentation rate curve of erythrocyte sedimentation rate and so on. |
