China’s automotive and machinery manufacturing industry has industries have developed rapidly,directly promoting the demand for machine tools in the market.According to statistics,domestic sales of CNC machine tools reached 306 billion RMB in 2017.With the development of the national economy and the upgrading of the industrial structure,the application of high-end CNC machine tools has become more and more popular,and the demand for products has grown.The trend of high precision and intelligence can best reflect the development direction of high-end CNC machine tools.In the process of processing,the variation of the temperature causes the deviation of the machining size caused by the hot and cold contraction of the bed body,guide rail,silk rod and even the workpiece itself,and the data change of the machining size caused by the tool wear,which greatly affects the quality of the processing.For this problem,the existing method is to measure the size of workpiece manually and then modify the knife to achieve it.But in this way,the labor cost is high,the efficiency and accuracy is low.The labor intensity is high,the efficiency and accuracy are low,and it is easily affected by human factors.This article mainly describes the research and application of the motor shaft tester based on visual recognition online detection technology in the numerical control system.The online detection technology based on machine vision and the online modification tool compensation technology are studied.Various factors affecting high precision machining and specific algorithm processing are studied and analyzed.Research on on-line diagnostic equipment using machine vision and image processing technology and high precision sensor technology.Through the simultaneous development of the GSK Link-PA device bus based on Industrial Ethernet(Ethernet),In order to realize the interconnection between the motor shaft tester and the Bus-type CNC system,the on-line modification of knife repair technology is realized to complete the purpose of high precision and complete automation.The specific role of the motor shaft tester on the accuracy of CNC machine tools is mainly reflected in the fact that each CNC system can master the processing data in real time,automatically modify the value of the knife complement,and achieve full closed-loop control,so as to achieve high-speed high-precision machining and greatly reduce manual intervention.The realization of digital production,intelligent.In this paper,various factors affecting the accuracy of production and processing are carefully analyzed.In this paper,various factors affecting the accuracy of production and processing are carefully analyzed.This design is tested through the automatic production line of servo motor’s motor shaft.The automatic production line consists of 8 CNC machine tools and 5 industrial robots combined with this online detection device.Through the GSKLink-PA equipment bus of the line controller GPC 1000 A system,the equipment passes through the auxiliary units such as switches and gateways.Complete the real-time exchange of control information between various equipment units,and the production line monitoring and management system realizes remote centralized equipment monitoring and process management,and seamlessly connects with the company’s existing ERP system,builds a flexible processing line,and realizes the intelligent control of the workshop production.
